Except Sasuke himself has never used Rasengan or Fuuton. It takes skill to develop Rasengan and even moreso with Rasenshuriken which noone has accomplished. Naruto got 2yrs experince mind you and he has already mastered Rasengan and knew his nature.It wont be easy to just see and make. Sasuke has never used a chakra technique with huge mass before. It wont be up his allet at all and he wont be able to do it as well as Naruto especially in the Last where it took him kyuubi chakra to even hurl it so effortlessly.

It took Minato 2 years to develop Rasengan because he had to observe TBB. Etc etc Naruto was able to develop it in what 2 weeks to 1 month?

During Naruto's FRS training he didn't even know his nature transformations and half of his training was trying to split a leaf in half.

Rasengan in general is just spiraling composition of chakra. If anyone have good chakra control they can use it. Hell Konohamaru mastered it earlier than Naruto did I think. Sasuke who at 16/17 had CC compared to Hagoromo. Rasengan and FRS would be easy to master. With Sharingan and Rinnegan any element can be learned and copied...Except bloodline limits.

Kakashi made it very clear here. Anyway with Sasuke's level of Genius, he would be capable of making his own variant of the Rasengan using his elemental natures.

Don't compare trash to Lord Sasuke. Seriously.. He combined Chidori with Enton, I honestly don't see Sasuke having trouble with Rasengan or adding a Wind Nature to it.

He's already able to sync his Enton with Naruto's Rasengan by matching his chakra.

Most of his training was with 1000 shadowclones getting 20yrs worth training. Not splitting a leaf.

Sasuke can master things rather quickly. But not this jutsu. This S-Rank jutsu will not be easilly learned by a one armed sasuke. And when when learned he wont be able to throw it.

I say this because some act like he can copy it midfight and perform the technique. He simply cannot.

You describe Rasenshuriken as "all it is", yes it is merging wind with a rasengan. But its not simple because the intensity increases, the spin speed increases, and the mass of chakra is only throwable with Sage Mode. Sasuke will need two arms to master this as fast as you say. With one arm I dont see him effortlessfly mastering Narutos greatest move. Hes gonna stick with chidori.

The Sharingan wouldn't be as effective due to Rasengan's lack of seals but having the Rinnegan and Sharingan both simultaneously was implied to grant the user capabilities that is nearly impossible to obtain.

With Sasuke's ingenuity, he should be capable of at least learning Rasengan Variants.

He could master it but he can't copy it. He would have to undergo the training naruto did. It would take him years to learn it because he can't use the method naruto used. Also it takes a lot of chakra to use which Sasuke wouldn't use much

There's no evidence to showcase that Kakashi's mastery of the Sharingan had restrictions in comparison to that of an Uchiha. Plus he even learned to use his MS ability somehow too. He's obviously talented with the KKG.

Not as talented as Itachi and Sasuke, but talented nevertheless.
