Sasuke can learn Rasenshuriken. But with one arm it will be difficult on top of being an S-Rank jutsu of the highest rotation and weight of chakra. He wont even to barely hold it up or maintain it, let alone throw it. And he will never be as good as Naruto with it.

No one stated that he will be good as Naruto with it but he can master it. If Sasuke can stream Chidori with one hand without using seals anymore he can maintain FRS. He won't need two hands to master the jutsu because Sasuke doesn't use clones to create justus.

You make it seem as if with one hand he is struggling, the Boruto movie begs to differ. He can use Kenjutsu to match Kinishiki Oosutsuki.

You guys take that WAY out of context. Sasuke converted bijiu chakra to his own nature and combined it. He is on hagos level of merging as Hago was at splitting it. It also alludes to overall power.

By default Naruto is also on hagos levelby stalemating with all Senjutsu in the area.

Combing chakra that is completely under your zombie control is not the same as merging an elent into the highest rotation of chakra you yourself is generating. Only somebody with a strong body can use the move anyway. Without SM you can only ram it in someone.

No he can't, he would have to undergo the shape manipulation to use rasenshuriken. Kakashi developed lightning blade because he could copy rasengan but couldn't change the shape and chakra nature into it. Even Minato couldn't do it. So he could copy rasengan but not the element and shape manipulation of it. Also it would take years, naruto shadow clone and chakra reserves allowed him to master it quickly. No one else could do that

Besides my point was in response to Animus about sasuke finding difficulty with something he put his mind to. He put his mind to mastering shurikenjutsu on itachi's level but he couldn't reach that level.

And no he isn't on rikudo level, there is a difference between performing a technique that hogoromo did at the same level as hogoromo and being as skilled as hogoromo in general. If you can't show me scans that sasuke matched every feat of hogoromo then your supposition holds no water

How is there a difference ? Only a day since he was given Hagoromo's power and Kurama mentioned he was on the Sage's level. Besides Itachi was 18 and he was only 15 so there was still enough time for him to progress and reach his brother's level.

Well you should read the manga again from when RSM Naruto appeared....

Yes he will need two hands to master FRS. Did you see Boruto, a prodigy learning rasengan?

With one arm it will be extremely difficult to learn because of its mass. He would need two arms to make it easier in my opinion. He can learn it of course, just not instantly easy as so many dellusional people think.

That was in Rasengans case bro. Rasenshuriken took two clones to do. Thats six hands.

Sasuke is a one armed prodigy. It wont be easy for him but still easier than most because of Rinnegan.
