can naruto only use half power of kyuubi?

since only half the kyuubi's power was sealed into naruto do you think that he can only use it to half of its fullest potential, or something like that?
everyone seems to think that since only half was sealed inside him at that time that he doesnt have the full power of the kyuubi.

i think that since people's chakra repleneshis itself then the kyuubi chakra inside naruto has overtime grown back to 100% of what ut was outside of naruto

yes , he can use only half of Kyuubi's chakra , but dont forget that Kyuubi is the strongest Tailed Beast , so Half of 9 tails chakra is probably stronger than full 8 tails chakra that Killer B have

I have heard that it goes somewhat like this :
the 2 tails is twice the power of 1 tails,the 4 tails is 4 times the power of 3 tails and it goes on like that,i think that it isn`t a little bit of power added with each tail,the strenght of a bijuu is multiplied by his tail number the power of the bijuu before him,i know it sounds kinda complicated...

that a bijuu's power scale is a multiplied fubinocci sequence.
instead of:
0+1=1
1+1=2
1+2=3
2+3=5 ect

he's saying it's more like
multiplying instead of adding.

I've only been looking into the mythos surrounding the bijuu for a day or so. However it seems to me that the first 8 tailed beasts are more on a cycle each strong against some, and weak against others. Much like the elemental cycle explained in the manga, just with 8 instead of 5.

the 9 tails on the other hand, was separate from this cycle, it was cunning, patient, fair minded, ruthless, and kind, with limitless power. able to wield every power from heaven to hell.

however, I still consider myself ignorant on this mythos, as I said I've only been looking into i for a day tops.

he won't be able to unlock the other half because that was locked away with the dead demon seal. he can only use the nine tail chakra that's in him right now

He cant unlock something that he dont have . The half of Kyuubi chakra is sealed within him , so half can be used

Its not like the 2 tails is stronger than 1 tail beacuse of the chakra and all. It depends on the strength and all. The tailed beats all have different personalities...Its intresting

You guys need to read the legend of the 9 bijuu's, 5 being elemental god and the other 4 mass chakra.

4 tails is the weakest out of all of them.
9 tails Kyubi (Kyubi no youkou) strongest
8 tails Hachibi (Yamata no orichi) the 2nd strongest
7 tails Gobi (Houkou) 3rd strongest.

I am sure kyubi was the fire elemental god.
I am not sure about the rest..

Half a litre is given to him from a powerful source, the particular identity of what was given to him is what answers the question. The Kyuubi chakra itself is powerful enough to solely fill Naruto with ALL of its power.
