Yeah, that DNA is used to summon the dead person with the same abilities during their prime (or a weaker version of that certain person). But that doesn't mean ET has DNA. They're nothing but a moving corpse

I don't see why not, minato's arms are only gone because onmyouton nullified the regen, I'm sure naruto can remove it or activate it again.
Kishi wouldn't keep minato in the game if he's armless, he would hardly be of any use plus we still haven't seen his new jutsu.

Like i've already said. I don't think he will give him his arms back directly, but that he will give life back to the edo tensei structure allowing Minato to regenerate his arms back once again normally. I think it's how Naruto's jutsu works. He creates life in anything with his yin/yang related sage technique

Edos don't have blood,and Tobirama did more than support,in fact he was one of the biggest contributers in the fight against Juubito.

he might be able to negate the ohmaigod effect and allow the edo to regenerate again

Thats an error on Kishi's part because, Edo's don't have need for a cardiovascular system.

Shush, if kishi wants them to have blood then they have blood, he had blood in his fight against Kabuto as well. If it was really a mistake then he would've corrected it or changed it in the anime but it's the same in the anime too.
Mizukage uses blood to summon his clam despite being Edo:

Not saying they aren't inconsistencies, only kishi knows what he's writing. But he obviously knew what he was doing when he made Mizukage bite his thumb and when itachi bled multiple times.
And it's only when they are injured that there body turns into paper. But it seems they can still produce blood when using blood specific attacks.
