Can Naruto bring back Minato's arms

Naruto now possess powers akin to creation of all things, thanks to the Sage's gift. With that power he was able to recreate Kakashi's missing eye. Now Minato lost his arms against the Juubi jinks. It's likely that Minato still has important part to play against Madara, same as the other edo hokages. And in order to contribute in battle 100%, Minato will need both his arms.

That's beside the point. The other Hokage's will be facing Madara too, all of them are still intact, that's why I think Minato will be back complete.

But Hashirama could pass his power down to Sasuke, so Naruto may be able to do the same. It may be harder, but since there's DNA, Naruto could do that.

It Doesn't Mean That Edo Tensei Have DNA

The Edo Tensei are given form because a living host is used to bring back the soul of the dead. Naruto doesn't need his dad's DNA, he just needs to use the DNA of Minato's host body to re-create the limbs. If Naruto could recreate Kakashi's eye, which he lost more than 18 years ago in the Narutoverse timeline, then why can't he recreate the limbs on an Edo Tensei?

All he does is rebuild the arms of Minato's host then then Edo Tensei will make them Minato's limbs again.

Why would Minato need his arms back anyway? The story is almost over, it's down to the mains now and clearly he's got some kind of business in Konoha.
