You don't even know what you're talking bout it's already proven sasuke miles greater than naruto as per feats and statements and I guess your only option is to take the outcome as hype for your fave because kakashi actually beat obito by piercing him with chidori right. Agreed, I'm not a Sasuke fan but even I admit he's superior to Naruto in thaijutsu.
Naruto's first move after being freed in the movie was to attempt a shadow clone. Sasuke told him not to use it because mono absorbs ninjutsu and reflects it. Go watch the movie again. Naruto is still shadow clone reliant.This is nice and all, but what some people seem to ignore is the fact that Frog Kata is basically Shadow clones replacement on steroids. (Refer to Pain fight)
Also from the last - present, Naruto's taijutsu isn't shadow clone heavy.
Are we forgetting that BASE Naruto was doing exceptionally well against Momo? Meanwhile the Kages got low-diffed.

Of course Naruto is going to use shadow clones. What else is he suppose to do when the movie nerfs him by not allowing him to use his full skills or ability. Naruto has frog fu, which is one of the strongest taijutsu styles in the series and proven to be very effective against ninja that can absorb jutsu, yet he wasn't allowed to use it.
