Can Naruto beat Sasuke in a taijustu match?

If power ups like SM or cloak are allowed than naruto wins handily. Without it, sasuke wins handily. If clones are allowed but cloak and SM restricted than they are even.

This is pure wank. Sasuke destroys naruto in hand to hand combat. Precognition allows him to read naruto's movements and counter frog fu. His bested naruto in taijutsu in vote2. He destroyed naruto in vote1 with kyuubi cloak and don't forget uncontrolled chakra>> controlled chakra.
