The amount he gains from the 9 tails doesn't tell us how much he would have without the 9 tails. In fact Naruto doesn't tell us the amount he receives.

at the time 0;56:-1;12 (total of less than 16 secs) naruto was stopped by sasuke from using the SC no jutsu 5 times and before that he was geting his ass kicked. the animators knows naruto is inferior to sasukes tai-jutsu one on one(dude was ass stomping him and using narutos hand to weave hand seals), but with naruto SC+dual rasangan sasuke(couldn't use narutos hands to weave signs anymore) needed to use his Rinningan ability.

No he didn't, all Naruto knew of Sasuke was 3 tomoe Sharingan, fireball jutsu, chidori, chidori current insane speed and thaijutsu. That is Sasuke of Orochimaru's lair or the earlier version. Even the Sasuke he pictures in the above scan is base Sasuke (who's near drained and weak) and Naruto who had SM states he needs the 9 tails chakra to fight is a base Sasuke.

Also SM Naruto got fodderised by blind Madara and EMS Sasuke was giving the same Madara who was using sagemode some trouble.

Naruto is about to train with Ebisu Kakashi confirms Naruto has a lot of stamina and the root(origin of it is the 9 tails). Ebisu goes onto explain stamina is spiritual energy mixed with physical energy or chakra in other words. Even at that time Naruto's chakra origins were confirmed to be the 9 tails, the toad confirms that Naruto gets kyubi chakra and Naruto confirms he has a lot of chakra because of 9 tails. By default if he has a lot because of the 9 tails without it he'd have a little to average chakra reserves. I'm not really interested in your excuses, your wasting my and your time. Manga trumps your denial.

Nah bro, Orochimaru was playing with him. His official speed stat is 3 which isn't very fast at all, that's slower than base Haku. You can't use Hiruzen to establish speed for the godou dama or qualify a speed feat off of him.

Even then Sasuke rescued naruto before minato could finish weaving hand seals. With a mobility decreasing Susano'o. Naruto had trouble dodging but not by that extent. Two speedsters had trouble dodging obito but sasuke could do that just in the nick of time.

I think this fixes it. Be aware that naruto has emotion sensing going on for him. He can sense evil emotions before an opponent even attacks yet he could only react to obito's attack. In gudodama scenario also naruto had danger sensing which alerted him before an enemy can attack so it makes things fair. He still had more difficulty.
