Kisame is a shark, sharks do not get sick. He can't use aids because he can't carry it.

OT: Kisame can break out of Genjutsu rather easily. Samehada is a sentient sword with it's own chakra supply. That can either momentarily steal chakra from Kisame, even small amounts and disrupt and break Kisame out of the genjutsu.

Samehada can cycle in some of it's own chakra, to break Kisame out. Worst comes to worst, it stabs Kisame's hand and then heals it with any combination of the stealing or giving of Kisame or Samehada's own chakra.

Samehada already dislikes consuming Itachi's regular Katon, something tells me he isn't going to enjoy touching Amaterasu.

The only person who would dare attack Kisame at close range and hope to win is Guy. And even then it was a mid range Hirudora he used.
