Can Itachi do this...?

If Itachi were to fight against non rinnegan obito with the 9 tails under his control, could he win? Obito has kamui ofc and senju dna given to him by madara. Itachi has the techs weve been shown in the manga. My questions:
1. which tech of itachi can restrain the kyuubi? Dont say MS cuz hes already being controlled by obito. How can itachi release that control?
2. how does the so called solo king deal with a bijuu dama? do u think yatas mirror can really tank that?
3. is it even possible for the totsuka to work on a bijuu? i m pretty sure its impossible.
4. how does itachi land a hit on a zombie.

The Totsuka blade can work on anything it stabs, it can also slash without sealing, so having kurma my not be much of the advantage, however kurma is fast and more than likely could dodge it.
Itachi effectively couldn't hit Obito anyway, not only that Itachi has his own natural limits. Chances are its won because itachi gets out lasted.

The kyuubi shouldnt be used in this fight regardless, though if Obito were to use it Itachi could simply take control of it with his Sharingan, though when it comes fighting it would be close, Obito has kamui, but Itachi is an amazing Genjutsu user, you really dont know how good Obito does against it or if he can eve use it. So it would be a really close battle.

Underestimation of Itachi I see, ms Obito alone really has nothing other than a few katon jutsu....
itachi needs only make 1 or 2 clones.. that way , if one gets sucked in, it can fight in the other dimension, while Main itachi fights in the other.. that way, obito has no where to hide as he's being attacked on two planes

htats right people forget itachi can copy a move instantly and use just a soon as he copies it
like when he fought kakashi and kurenai at the same time...
itachi can make his crows cast genjutsu with their cloned eyes
or he can point at you with his finger
