According to the Naruto manga. Nearly every character in this manga is an alien. So you could say the fapping to them is common on the base.

How do you know what family they are from? You can't see if they have the seal. And I believe the one on the far right is Hiashi.

Let's just say they are Branch. That means:

Branch Family

Hizashi
Neji
Random Hyuga 1

5 Branch vs 6 Main.

It all depends on the amount of chakra and speed of the rotation. If Sakura's speed or power isn't enough then it isn't going to break it.

I don't know why people forget Hakkeshō Kaiten has reflective properties regarding chakra.


With that being said, someone of Hiashi, Hizashi, or Neji's level should be capable of reflecting or at the very least prevent fatal damage from that punch (Enough to continue fighting).

Sakura needs a running start, and a jump in order to do a level of damage like the panels shown. That's plenty of time for someone to either avoid it or scale their rotation to fit the situation.

Despite that, rotation isn't a Hyuga's only means to defend against attacks. It happens to be the safest next to their ability to release chakra via Tenketsu and 359.9 degree of vision.
