I think at this point Tobi (not counting Gedo as they both could summon it) would win high diff simply because statistically he has more techs (aka S/T and Sharingan jutsu + Genjutsu).

Space time techs > Force Manipulation, the only thing that effect Tobi during Intangibility is extremely high ranking Genjutsu if that.

While i believe Current tobi can beat Nagato, i don't think it would be as easy as you're making it out to be. Nagato would put up a good fight
