This is a match-up I would really love to see animated.

He can just teleport away and appear behind Nagato.
Don't know to what extent gravitation is working on him, since he can sink into the ground and come out wherever he want. If gravitation would work on him, he would sink in the endless matter after sinking into the ground.

Above he is using the Rinnegan, too. Tobi is stronger now.

ok but did you forget about the almighty push and the ablity to obsorb opponents attacks.. not to mention sommoning witch animals cant be destroyed and if you do kill one of pans people, he also can restore them back to like..lets not also forget the monster nagato sommon against the slug king that looks just like tobis tail beast... so we really dont no who would win that fight but it would be a great one to see
