Let me show you how Hinata counter all Kidomaru attacks and win this ultimatetly.
Trying to trap Hinata in spider webs Kidomaru uses to immobilize enemy will not work on her as it wouldn't work on Neji:

^^ All what is needed is releasing chakra from body. Hinata did shown that by creating lion shaped fists which shows supperior chakra control as she need to release greater amount of time only around hands specificaly and it is more chakra packed so more thick and focused.

^^ All spider webs are useless as Hinata can release even greater amount of chakra in hands as proved with lion shaped chakra around hands to deal with spider webs.

I proved that Current Hinata is > Part 1 Neji. I would put Hinata and Time skip Neji when he faced Kisame limited to 30% of his chakra.

She has more chakra then part 1 Neji, She is faster and can attack on medium range as well, not just limited to close range attacks.
This is all Hyuuga need to deal with Kidomaru, what do you want more ?

To escape a lot of spiderweb Neji expelled chakra from his entire body, basically Kaiten. Hinata can't do that, so the moment she is covered it's pretty much GG.
1 Air Palm isn't going to GG a horde of summons. :| It'd take tremendous chakra to deal with them all like that, and when she is busy with them, Kidomaru can snipe her.
Hinata also can't counter this:

The biggest feat of Air palm is Pushing Kisame back few steps[don't get confused with air palm wall]
No lack of Kaiten is a factor against spider rain

Well and you know, Hinata and other characters greatly have improved since release of that databook. Hinata learned Lion fists, 64 palms also got smater, more confident and her will got stronger as she see her aim to be with Naruto is closer, but I am going off-topic so I will leave at it.
Lack of Kaiten is factor, but air palm wall could replaces it well if attack is send from just one direction.
Also why even assume Hinata will give time Kidomaru to set these traps. Neji lack of medium or long range attack is basic reason why Kidomaru could even set these traps. Hinata having air palm and air palm wall changes it completly.

8 kilometer byakugan range stops kidomarus entire skill set - neji only had 50 meter range which is why the fight had any meritYeah she isn't Neji
