No, both are Chunins but Kidomaru is higher up then her when you add CM, his experiences, and his smarts. Neji won from his smarts which is something Hinata haven't really shown in fights. She wouldn't know to use chakra control to make the blades in her fingers like Neji figured out nor does she have such a good speed. Kidomaru is smart and knows the Byakugan weakness that gave a genius like Neji a hard time so how would Hinata even attempt to do better?
