I would say Hinata. She was doing pretty well against all the spikes coming from the Juubi, I would say those were being shot faster than what Kido can fire.

Rotation would be helpful but I can see her pulling if off high diff.

As much as Hinata has progressed since pt 1, she still falls short for a battle at least against that spidey.

Her current feats include wider range of vision, advanced Hyuuga techs and twin lion fists but no rotation confirmed. Her speed is average at best. Her defense are all in her kushuo...

Ithink the terrain helps her winning, an open field maybe so she can have maximum open field. Then all she has to do is anticipate fast arrows and dodge and post combo attacks.

Even Neji had it but Kido was able to identify the blind spot..

Hinata can recuperate by keeping a close distance and make it a close combat. Long range combatants are generally weaker on close ones. Thus the need for rotation is replaced by combo of internal strikes and lion fists. Those fists are solid hits if you ask me...

Yes only hinata has only shown twin lion fist but currently there r no canon feats
