Are u kidding me, Neji stomps Choji even if he expands. Butterfly mode is nothing but chakra that boosts strength and speed of the user.
A few hits and Choji is unable to move, use chakra and butterfly mode is off. If he expands Choji can't hurt neji cause of his rotation and air palms him, and we know air palm is just a long range version if gentle fist. That being said if he gets hit by it he can't move or even use chakra so he loses.

Choji wins if he goes big quick enough. Neji isn't blocking chakra points on such a scale.

It would be easier to hit chakra points if he enlarges........ Stop underlying neji, I know he barely had any feats in part two but his feats in part one is still enough to beat choji

Okay, here me out.
When Tsunade was fight Kabuto, Kabuto mentioned that her boobs were go big that the chakra Scalpel count penetrate the heart, so we know that the Hyuuga technique works by poking the chakra points with basically mini chakra scalpel, but not as complex as the scalpel....so logically wouldn't the same thing apply to 64 palms, and would choji be too fat the penetrate.
