You can assume whatever you want, but until there is a fact in the manga that supports your assumption, you can't pass it as a fact or even as a theory. It remains your assumption and fanfiction.

Furthermore, while there is a fact in the manga that counters your assumption (and in this particular case there is one), it can't be taken serious as well.

Manga technically isn't over yet since kishi said the movie us chapter 699.5 therefore what makes you think that part 3 isn't going to be canon and himawari isn't going to unlock byakugan? I know it's an assumption but don't confirm shit before the manga ends

Even if it's sasuke, he was too young to realize if tge majority had or not since uchiha love to deactivate their sharingan all the time, and yeah my point is still there , every known uchiha unlocked the sharingan

Himawari can't "unlock" byakugan since it's not being "unlocked" in general according to the facts we have. The eyes look special in their non-active form, and every hyuuga has them by default.

The Byakugou doesn't age the user...a ninjutsu,Sōzō Saisei does.

said ninjutsu is a last resort only used if the user suffers a grievous injury.

The Naruto world is so peaceful that Tenten can't even sell weapons...so it's unlikely that Sakura will find herself in the position that would require her to activate that particular ninjutsu.

Just her basic medic nin abilities should be enough for her to battle most opponents...so again, not likely she'd have to resort to that ninjutsu.

4. Also I'm sure Sakura can keep herself looking young. That's just an added bonus for the user of the move, however, she doesn't need to use it yet since she's super young anyways unlike Tsunade who was close to like 60.
