IIRC half blood saiyans can only reach till Super Saiyan 3.It requires a pure blooded Saiyan to access Super Saiyan 4 because Golden Oozaru only occurs in pure blooded saiyans

Only Goku achieved Super Saiyan 4, Vegeta also being a full saiyan couldn't reach it without the help of Bulma, never heard the requirement is you have to be a full breed :|

I am no Sakura fan but its quite clear that she will retain her young looks for longer and her face is clearly better.If I were to create a perfect woman it has to be Sakura's face with Hinata's body.

We can jump to conclusions. That's how you deal with facts.

When Obito said that he's Madara, at that moment there was little to no point to doubt it, as it was implied as a fact.

When we've found out Minato is Naruto's dad, it's become a fact, hence there is no point in doubting it until something in the manga implies that it's wrong.

Now, that we've been shown that they don't have Byakugan, we have no reason to think they have it, as nothing in the manga implied that they do.

You can assume anything, and anything can happen at the author's will, but while there is a fact, you have yet to prove it wrong for it to become debatable. That's how logic works.
