I think this:

Mangekyou>Byakugan>Sharingan.

The Mangekyou has all the cool abilities; the Sharingan enhances sight, copies jutsu, and allows for slight hypnotism. I think the Byakugan is more useful.

hypno, sleep: they are both genjutsus and don't come with the 3t sharingan... you have to learn them.
casting genjutsu in instant: you have to learn it too.
reflecting back: what? no... you can't.
increase speed: ridiculous...

i guess he means when itachi turn diedra and kureni genjutsu against them
and saskue to orochumaru

There are differences between byakugan and sharingan. They both serve very different advantages battle wise, and has very different disadvantages. Go figure. You just can't compare the both, it's like I'm comparing a car and a truck. They both roll on the road, but they both serve for different things.
