Madara and Sasuke (ems users) prior to war arc are not aliens with juubi Jin sized reserves or special candidates for power ups. You're either to ignorant to see that or your problem is in the manga where byakugan users were portrayed weaker in general

And how Byakugan user want to counter Tsukuyomi, Ama, Koto or Kamui? And the EMS users can spam those tech without fear of losing an eye sight unless they are using Izanagi.
You critized EMS fappers but they're using fact and feats while Byakugan fappers just being one dimensional in thinking.
Byakugan only offers Eye sight power and Jyuuken(GF) was devised to take advantage of that capability. Without a Byakugan GF cant be as effective.
So if we pit an EMS user(with Itachi's MS power) against Byakugan user(with GF martial art tech) and both are equal in chakra level EMS user will win bcus of the jutsu he has(Tsukuyomi, Ama and PS).
Martial art style again destructive and HAX power. Only dumb people still choosing Byakugan user to win.
Kaguya can overwhelmed Sasuke is bcus the difference in PL is so large. If Kaguya chakra is on the same level as Sasuke and without a Rinn-Sharingan and KKM but only Byakugan assist Taijutsu, Sasuke will wrack her. Also Given that Sasuke is a trained fighter while Kaguya is not. Another advantage for Sasuke over Kaguya.

Comparing EMS Madara to Hiashi to try to prove wich dojutsu is the best is like comparing Kaguya to Sasuke to do so, it is illogical, but you are too ignorant to see it.

My point is using them for reference doesn't go against the OP. Why? Because they were born destined for ems but nothing more. Kaguya has a juubi Jin something that took the entire world ability to help seal back. A juubi Jin cannot ever be compared to normal ninja standards. I'm not talking about rsm naruto. A full juubi Jin with all their chakra and even kaguyas has even more than that. That kind of comparison is way to massive to make. Talking to Hyuuga stans is like a wallThey're not regular....

Still Madara and Sasuke were not normal shinobis. Being Indra transmigrants, they were born with Indra's powerful chakra. Comparing Indra transmigrant to an ordinary hyuga born with normal chakra is not fair either.

Best offensive move of Kaguya's uses the Byakugan, but Byakugan isn't among her best attributes.

We're they really born with Indra's powerful chakra or did they have to awaken It? Sasuke hasn't demonstrated Indra powerful chakra traits. I'd say they're pretty normal on those grounds.

Her abilities are amped by rinne sharingan and being the jyubi host let's not forget that.
