Naruto spoke on a different level. "I wanted to be just as strong, just as cool as you" Sasuke never said that or something very similar about Naruto.

The only dailogue that matches Sasuke's is, "I aspired to be like you".

HE was actually the inadequate one. He said it himself. Hence their rivalry and why he thought it was a good idea etc.

The comparison to Itachi says it all. We all know how highly Sasuke thought of Itachi. He said it vs. Kabuto. Perfect.

Sasuke most likely taught Boruto Lightning Release + Techniques to with it

He had shadow clones since the first chapter of the Gaiden

He probably learned Rasengan from his father, or Konohamaru. Or maybe he learned it from watching them. Either way we won't know until the movie (if it does expand on it).

Same applies to the clones, who knows how he learned it since his father has been busy since 700.

Anyway Sasuke is a great teacher, we'll find out just how much he learned in the movie : D
