Well shadow clone jutsu is harder to learn than rasengan. iirc rasengan is a A rank jutsu and shadow clone jutsu is a S rank jutsu.

You do know that the scenes in the trailer might not be in order? Why are you suggesting he has a problem with a Jutsu he learned before he even met Sasuke...for all we know, he already knew Rasengan and Sasuke is teaching him to add his element to it.
