It could be possible that Momoshiki absorbs the Nine Tails chakra and his Rinnegan changed color from that (just an idea).

It looks like Momo is the only one with the Rinnegan.

Jiraiya wore those shoes but had two of those blocks, this guy has one. It's more of a Tengu thing, the one Jiraiya wears is usually for festivals and stuff.

Cause they want Naruto's Bijuu, and it looked like it was purple before. Unless it was a mistake... but I don't see them making such a big mistake like that.

I understand your way of thinking... However yes Madara with the Shinjuu awakened the Rinne Sharingan but his Rinnegan eyes stayed like the Sage's... I wonder what they have in mind...
