Without the use of Kurama's power, Naruto has only beaten Kiba, Mizuki, and Kakuzu. Naruto continued to use the chakra of the Nine-tails for everything up until he had to face the Sharingan at the VOTE1 and realized that using brute-force for everything wasn't always the solution.

- both naruto and sasuke would have gotten killed by haku
- gaara was using "borrowed power" against naruto so you have no case there
- both naruto and sasuke would have gotten killed in a fight with kimimaro

When someone says Kurama isn't Naruto's, they mean that he wasn't born with it, nor did he work to achieve it. He didn't defeat it and seal it inside of himself, someone else did that, and it isn't a Kekkei Genkai. For a while now, Naruto has been completely reliant on something beyond himself. Naruto can't use KCM without Kurama giving it to him freely, therefore it's not his own power. Sasuke's Sharingan is his own power, by birthright of genetics, the EMS is simply a negation of blindness just like Sage Mode is a negation of the arm wound that Naruto got when he first used the Rasen Shuriken.

@ bold naruto took kurama's chakra mode...kurama didn't give it to naruto...also this logic can be applied to sasuke's curse mark

By the way, Naruto was only able to defeat Kurama with the help of Kushina, and Killer Bee. Shame, he can never do anything without outside help in this manga.

sasuke couldn't fight killer b straight up without help...stop being hypocritical...also this is just the way naruto's character is written...he is the reincarnation of ashura otsutsuki after all isn't he?...he relies on teammates in tandem with his own strength

Oh I see, you're saying eyes = kurama My statement wasn't to deny handout power ups, I was saying sasuke has attained these powers on his own(MS) and fights on his own(ems) where as naruto must always co-op with kurama to get the full benefits.

As repayment technically. Real estate ain't free bruh. Also, It's Naruto's power as he made his connection with Kurama. Obviously Naruto wasn't born special with god tier abilities & all, but the connections that he made throughout the Narutoverse compensates for what he was lacking. Because that's all the power that he created, not sasuke, not the sage but Naruto himself. Even if you word it as borrowed power, it's still his own because he reached out for them, in return they help Naruto.

I think you're confusing with what borrowed means. Clarification, borrow means to take and use (something that belongs to someone else) with the intention of returning it. I don't see how Naruto going to return Kurma's chakra ? The proper world for what you are describing is cooperation [which you've got right in the first line ]. With the bijuu as his comrades, Naruto asks "Kurama, lend me your chakra", which means it's a combined effort. When Sasuke leeched the Bijuu's chakra, it was called stealing since there was no consent between them. The repayment was just a joke lol, it was a reference to part one Naruto.

This is why i used it's verb "loan" instead of borrow but it seems it's basically the samething. Honestly idk who started the "borrowed" crap. I know naruto mentioned rent and lend chakra to him, so that is where the error is from when should instead be applied to some one like nagato using madaras eyes temporarily. But in narutos case it should be shared or exchanged power
