EMS isn't Sasuke's power. He obtained it after taking Itachi's eyes.

I wouldn't necessarily call it him borrowing it, since Itachi's dead.

The moment he unlocked KCM he didn't need to ask Kurama for chakra anymore. He only did so because he was still new to bijuu power and needed help to use BM to full potential in limited amounts of time.

Without the use of Kurama's power, Naruto has only beaten Kiba, Mizuki, and Kakuzu. Naruto continued to use the chakra of the Nine-tails for everything up until he had to face the Sharingan at the VOTE1 and realized that using brute-force for everything wasn't always the solution.

When someone says Kurama isn't Naruto's, they mean that he wasn't born with it, nor did he work to achieve it. He didn't defeat it and seal it inside of himself, someone else did that, and it isn't a Kekkei Genkai. For a while now, Naruto has been completely reliant on something beyond himself. Naruto can't use KCM without Kurama giving it to him freely, therefore it's not his own power. Sasuke's Sharingan is his own power, by birthright of genetics, the EMS is simply a negation of blindness just like Sage Mode is a negation of the arm wound that Naruto got when he first used the Rasen Shuriken.

By the way, Naruto was only able to defeat Kurama with the help of Kushina, and Killer Bee. Shame, he can never do anything without outside help in this manga.

Hashirama DNA can be used for replacing lost body limbs like arms and can even be used to prevent MS from going blind.

Obito is proof the only MS and Uchiha user to never go blind.

No one is born with EMS. The farthest an Uchiha can go is MS without borrowing someone else's powers:

While he wasn't born with Kurama, he did work to master it's power. He can use Kcm without Kurama's permission. Why does it matter if he has outside help when the Manga focuses heavily on co-operation? It'd defeat the point.

We know Jinchuuriki are humans with living entity in their body being powered up, while a EMS user is a human using someone else Sharingan eye to power up and not go blind.

Basically a Bijuu is trapped inside a host body powering up the human, making them Jinchuuriki
