What Trolling Sage says applies but I have to add more on. Tenten has kept up with her team members in training sessions and has a pretty good stat in speed in the third data book so current Tenten with bijuu mode isn't getting blitzed by Sasuke whose speed was godlike but only during the beginning of Shippuden. For example in part one, Kakashi, gated Lee and base Gai were portrayed to be extremely fast and hard to react to but I'm quite sure that current Shippuden characters would react just fine especially with their reflexes boosted substancially.

Obviously a character with a weapon from the sage of six paths and a cloak from the main character isn't getting stomped in this match up.

How does Sasuke even get close when Tenten can repel him?

Anyway you seem to be under the impression that someone with superior speed will always blitz but bare in mind that Ino-Shika-Cho kept up with Asuma just fine who has the same speed in the DB as Sasuke. Tenten not only has higher speed than those three but she also has a BM cloak so Sasuke's higher speed compared to Asuma becomes a non factor.

If you can show me where their speed increased then it will apply, but since there has never been a hint of a speed boost for people who got a cloak, its invalid here.

The rest shows that she won't get blitzed, but she definitely isn't winning this. I hope you don't think she's winning this match up, I really hope you don't. Not when the only thing that's been buffed is her chakra level so she can use the fan more times.

It being weapon from the Sage doesn't matter when she its not enough to beat him. It being a cloak from Naruto doesn't matter when she can't even make use of its most important function, powering up ninjutsu. She uses weapons, and those are going to stay the same as Naruto's cloak doesn't increase those.

Gonna need some evidence for this unfounded statement, and like I said, BM cloak isn't increasing speed, unless somebody has some proof. So no, the higher speed doesn't become a complete non factor.

No it doesn't. There has never been a shown speed increase. Lee didn't blitz Madara, Gai propelled him toward Madara

It's sad but this thread was clearly made to show Tenten CAN beat Sauske under certain conditions. Sadly though, I still dont think she can win due to curse mark state 2 along with his powerful katon. Seriously this is the Sauske we saw fight Itachi, he's not a fodder.
