Focus your earth chakra in your feet, then stomp on the ground. Release the chakra in the stomp, carving down into the earth beneath you the shape of a spear/staff. Then, focus your chakra in the spear, solidifying it, and causing it to pop up into your hands. ^.^

Tell me how do I do this do I save the jutsus as I learn them?

It seems you solidified most of the staff. Just remember to equalize your chakra throughout.
