Whitebeard can spam quake fists all he wants. There's no reason he cant, unless affected by a heart attack, which he isn't having on his own ship. Anyone in op attacking whitebeards ship while he's hooked up is going to loose

Why does he have terrain bonus on his ship ? Do you think he will stay hooked to the pump when fighting another yonkou. Also I'm pretty sure you can still get a heart attack in a hospital, the pump doesn't make him invincible.
Whitebeard can spam his quake fist all he wants, but why is your argument so one sided that you just let Big Mom take it like she is a chump. There has been nothing so far that indicates that there is anything that can send her flying. Luffy's Gear 4th that sent Cracker and Doffy to the other side of their islands was laughed at, not a scratch. Can you imagine how much force it would take to send her flying ? Yet your lobsided argument is WB does this, followed by this and this.
I can also say Big Mom puts a homie in his sea quake, she blocks his fist and sucks his soul while WB does nothing. It's not believable that a fight turns out like that. It's nonsense. At least try your best to compare the two. Your Akainu match-ups are the same, he does this this this he wins, he is the best.

Big mom could never get close to wb. He literally quakes her to death. The only way she has a chance is if he had said heart attacks.
If whitebeard doesn't have a heart attack he pretty much stomps every person in op alive rn mid diff or lower

MF WB has no chance of beating any top tier. Top tier battles=long term fights which is something WB doesn't have the luxury of as he caught 2 heart attacks over the course of a few hours. One heart attack led to getting a hole in his chest and FODDER drawing a lot of blood. BM will win this.
People also heavily overrate the strength of WB's quake punches. Akainu could match one of WB's quake punches, Aokiji was unharmed from a close range shockwave from a quake punch and Akainu was still stronger than Marco with help after two point blank punches and carried on as if nothing happened.

To add onto this, BB's crew took a MASSIVE Quake with no defenses up and didn't appear to be significantly harmed, if at all. Teach took a slash from WB and point-blank Quakes, and went on to fight and injure Sengoku to the point that he was heavily bandaged.

Prime WB & Roger would've one shotted all of them. They are on another level than the other top tiers.

MF WB will put up a fight but his sickness will be the cause of his loss I believe. Don’t get me wrong, he’s a freaking animal at old age and having a sickness but so is big mom and I’ll give it to her. If we talking Prime WB, he would wreck anyone. Only Roger can match him
