In this manga? nah. People here bond with the murderer of their loved ones like they´re their long lost brother or something. No point in getting worked out over the "morals" of the story if the story itself is written on a completely amoral basis.
No body is getting worked over the story. They are getting worked over a pairing that could have been handled better without the negetive development it recieved. The thing is majority of the cases you already mentioned actually had some sort of reasonable development for the change to occure. SasuSaku on the other hand didn't. Sasuke just simply said sorry and she forgave him as if nothing ever happen. Sakura should have shown respect for herself by telling Sasuke off for the shit he put her through. Than Sasuke having to express the guit of doing it himself. My point is forgiveness is a good thing. But it has to be earned by some sort of punishment.
Why aren´t you complaining then for example in regards to this between Hina and Naruto? He may have been polite to her, but in more than one panel he basically rubbed on her face how uninportant and irrelevant she was -simply by worshipping the woman that treated him like walking garbage and thinking Hinata was the weirdo for not treating him bad- XDXDXD
Naruto and Hinata had very little interactions in the manga. But when they had them they were wonderful. Sure there are some occasions where Naruto never noticed her or looked at her. He however never said she was annoying, nor did he ever try to rasengan her.
Oh between Naruto did thank her for her Pein efforts. I will put up a scan if I have to.
I don´t remember Naruto apologizing for walking over Hina´s feelings even once. And worse: I never saw her getting -justified may I add- angry at him for not even looking at her devotion acts like they should have been taken. She was crucified with the "eternally devoted doormat" trope on a good portion of the manga.
When did Naruto ever walk over Hinata's feelings? I don't remember a time he did. If you are talking about him hugging Sakura after the Pein fight. Well when the War arc hit he actually thanked her. Naruto treated Hinata far more respectably than Sasuke did to Sakura. Infact there is no comparison between the two because its that bad.
Then you need to read more mangas and not only stick to the "huur durr, macho guys acting cool" ones. Inuyasha was pretty popular in itself.
50 shades is overrated XD.
I rarely read manga. The only one I read is Naruto. I am more of an anime watcher and I can confidently say I have watched over 50 plus series.
@bold: Its what you love to read from SasuSaku. So deal with it.
Double standards much? Weakness are weakness nonetheless. Sometimes to the BS spewed by a delusional idiot, sometimes to a douche U_U
A girl should show some sort of backbone instead of taking shit from a man. Thats what a strong women is in my eyes. Someone who sees the shit she is taking and acts on it instead of falling victim to the man's hotness.
Pairing thematics are garbage... however parnetage ones are to be taken waaay more seriously.
If I don't like the pairing, I don't like the parenting its that simple. Now shoot me.
What natural chemistry? He never realizing she existed or how much better she was to him as a person until basically pointed to it? XDXDXD
Someone needs to improve their reading comprehension. Reading more mature material than mangas and kiddie boks like the Harry Potter series may help.
Were you sleeping at the moment when Neji died, when Hinata gave that fantastic speech about being a shonobi? Hmmm...? You never saw natural chemistry there?
Ewww... you silly rabbit Harry Potter is for kids.
Don´t you think reading something that I find interesting and exciting -drama in this case- is waaay better than actively looking for it IRL? fiction more than sufices my quote of drama, in my personal life for the contrary I try to get the less stress possible. It works perfect for me.
Well if this is a way for you to relieve stress, it is fine with me. I however have my own personal preference on the whole pairing thing in fiction. I like to see something I could admire and appreciate. NaruHina for me is that pairing. Because I personally have a liking to Hinata the character. Also Naruto reminds me of my childhood in terms of anger issues.
