No body is getting worked over the story. They are getting worked over a pairing that could have been handled better without the negetive development it recieved. The thing is majority of the cases you already mentioned actually had some sort of reasonable development for the change to occure. SasuSaku on the other hand didn't. Sasuke just simply said sorry and she forgave him as if nothing ever happen. Sakura should have shown respect for herself by telling Sasuke off for the shit he put her through. Than Sasuke having to express the guit of doing it himself. My point is forgiveness is a good thing. But it has to be earned by some sort of punishment.
Naruto and Hinata had very little interactions in the manga. But when they had them they were wonderful. Sure there are some occasions where Naruto never noticed her or looked at her. He however never said she was annoying, nor did he ever try to rasengan her.
Oh between Naruto did thank her for her Pein efforts. I will put up a scan if I have to.
When did Naruto ever walk over Hinata's feelings? I don't remember a time he did. If you are talking about him hugging Sakura after the Pein fight. Well when the War arc hit he actually thanked her. Naruto treated Hinata far more respectably than Sasuke did to Sakura. Infact there is no comparison between the two because its that bad.
I rarely read manga. The only one I read is Naruto. I am more of an anime watcher and I can confidently say I have watched over 50 plus series.

A girl should show some sort of backbone instead of taking shit from a man. Thats what a strong women is in my eyes. Someone who sees the shit she is taking and acts on it instead of falling victim to the man's hotness.

Well if this is a way for you to relieve stress, it is fine with me. I however have my own personal preference on the whole pairing thing in fiction. I like to see something I could admire and appreciate. NaruHina for me is that pairing. Because I personally have a liking to Hinata the character. Also Naruto reminds me of my childhood in terms of anger issues.

This tho i kinda agree and disagree sometimes. Kishi seems to take standards of what constitutes good friendship or good relationship (not romantic relationship) too far. One can even argue Naruto and Sasuke frienship is destroyed cause of a lot putting down, almost insult callings and murder attempts, but most people get the authorial intent that it should be considered endearing as a message, even if all basis of good relationship is lost by current rl moral standards. Sure one can say in fiction some moral standards are stretched as to find it excusable, but it still creates dissonance with the readers. Friendships like NaruSasu even violates self-preservation standard between friends. So there is a reason why people thinks it's crap. However those who only concentrate on the intent or Kishi's message downplay all the other factors as to why it was a bad frienship. The same can be said by the empathy Naruto had with Obito when he killed his parents(with Kurama) and threatening to kill him as an infant and killed a lot of the alliance ninjas. Even he killed Neji (and no one remembers Konan). Naruto bonded with him more than his supposed future wife lol. I think Kishi takes too far the themes and too much the drama for it to be relatable and it ends up being criticized a lot.
If you pay any attention to Sasuke and the way he talk/treats Naruto from the begining to the end, you will understand better. Cause a few words wont able to describe all of it.
The way Sasuke wants to get rid of Naruto is more like to him Naruto hold much value in his life, a good side, a bright future that deep down he wanted to be like Naruto. But Sasuke is on his journey to the darkness, where will get him stronger, enough to achieve his goal.
When you bond with some one that deep, you will find your self cling to that bond and share your life with it, just like with your family and it's background.

Dude thats all bullshit.Naruto was crazy about Sasuke to the point it was feeling forced and Sasuke was having the hots more for Naruto than Sakura despite all the abuse and beatings they do to each other.Its a unrealistic bond which the author tries to force on us (albeit it has some good moments here nd there) but admits he failed

Such replies amuse me tho. Idk what ur trying to accomplish here.
I know that. But it's sth that happened cause of his authorial intent. He wanted a dark character that all hopes were lost. He made Sasuke a psycho in KS arc and then Naruto giving him a R & J speech of mutual dying. I know he wanted to portray a frienship about helping ur friend to not walk a dark path. But it was too much.
At the end of the day it proposes a dilemma on the readers. Either u consider their frienship endearing besides him trying to kill him multiple times without struggle, putting him down a lot, or you dont, it was too far for a good frienship is done, it's not even friendship. I can argue that can be applied to SS also altho it has more fundamental flaws to it.
