But they can't cut lightning. Yes sasuke has many variants of chidori, but non of them are stronger than Kakashis lightning blade. Kakashi also has good lightning mainipulation, Lightning clones, Lightning kunais, lightning running beasts ect.

Kirin is stronger than all of those.

Lightning beasts isn't cannon. Sasuke has chidori stream, chidori nagashi,chidori blade, kirin which tops Kakashi's lightning arsenal.

Kakashi and Sasuke's raiton abilities are similar in skill. Kakashi might have the advantage due to having refined chidori in to raikiri.

Kirin is great but relies far too much on prep.

Kakashi has raikiri, beasts, raiton bunshin, raiden, raikiri "blade"(assuming you're talking about infusing raiton in to weapons), and using raiden proved he could use eiso as well.

Their arsenals are similar, though Kakashi's is more powerful due to raikiri >>> chidori. Kirin is nice, but relies on prep.

I disagree, Kakashi lightning clones, lightning mainipulation, lightning beast, LIGHTNING CUTTER. I also speculate that he can do anything Sauske can do but thats just me

Danzou is much better than Temari.

I wouldn't underrate Temari if I were you....the fact that she can perform deadly B/A-Rank Wind Style Techniques in a flash without hand seals is impressive.

And Kisame is better than Tobirama, feat wise. He's just overhyped because he's a Kage. The only impressive Water Style technique that he's shown was the common Suiton: Suijinheki in a place with no water while Kisame.....

He performed an A/S-Rank Jutsu that's wayyyyy more effective than the Suijinheki (that water dome technique) against Bee WITH NO WATER AROUND which nearly killed Bee (I don't wanna hear an excuse saying he was trying to save his comrades because honestly, he would've died anyway).

Suiton- Kisame. As of now, Tobirama has shown like 1 suiton so let's not get ahead of ourselves ladies.
Fuuton- Not many Fuuton users so I'll say Naruto. Temari is the more experienced Fuuton user, but it's been stated that Naruto took shape/nature manipulation to the max with his Fuuton.

Lighting should be Sasuke seeing as he has the strongest and most techs that use Lightning release

Bee,Ay,Dauri and 3rd Rikage are all better lightng users than SAsuke.....................

Earth: Ohnoki and Kitsuchi.
Fire: Madara
Wind: Naruto ( because he wields the strongest wind tech) and Temari (she has an amazing variety of wind techs)
Lightning: The Raikage (Ay and his dad) are a good option but I'm going with Sasuke on this one, Kirin deserves some respect.
