than on another wiki page in a manga sale statistic it says Naruto has sold 150 million worldwide
? what's that all about , I think some Joker is editing cause DB is the undisputed nr 2 and according to those numbers if u count hem together it would be 300 million and thus more than db which is bullshit

Well my good friend tell me something. In a new market,if you want to endorse a business of say manga/anime,which product will you give priority? The less popular ones or more popular ones? We are new,doesn't mean we live in stone age to not know what we are being provided with. If island A was very successful in music and had Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and Queen and Led Zeppelin sold 500m on that island, PF 300m and Queen 200m

Than Queen manages to break onto the neighboring islands and caused a queen mania and sold 400m albums but the other 2 didn't break onto the other markets so Queen is now in the lead

But that doesn't matter one bit because chances are that if the other two broke onto the other markets they would have sold more than Queen, most likely in the same ratio as on the home island

But the other islands never found out about the other 2 bands so Queen sales on other islands have absolutely no meaning

I can't dumb it down any more than this

And it's the same with manga, a large majority of western fans only know naruto, blech, dbz and now aot so naturally the sales of them should be higher relative to any other manga because the average western fan simply does not know enough about manga

Japan's statistics are the one that matters and it's all about their opinion when it cones to manga, that's why selling outside has such little importance. OP came on top out of all these mangas, where naruto is doing good where people barely know about other mangas lmao. And let's not forget what 4kids did to One Piece in US.
