best ninja in avoiding attacks?

LMAO when did i ever say that a jutsu would destroy the world? :sy: but dont be a little bitch, we have Madara throwing ****ing multiple meteors at the 5kage right now so you can go and ****ing sit on that comment. The point that you are refusing to see, is that you cant run away from evverything, as much as im sure you wish you could. and when all is said and done Tobi would survive even something as catastrophic as that, at least for longer than minato would, YES if you are talking about a one strike attack minato would dodge it FASTER, but if it makes it easier to discuss, ill put it this way, this topic depends HEAVILY on what kind of attack you are talking about.

It's not plot, Minato is also an excellent sensor, the moment he felt A's chakra shift, he knew to avoid. This isn't stated in the specific manga chapter, but its implied

So combine Sensory, with the quickest reaction time of any ninja without a hax (sharingan), plus FTG and extremely high intellect; that pretty much proves he's the fastest and best dodger in the Narutoverse.

Everyone seems to keep focusing on one aspect of being able to "avoid attacks" instead of looking at them as a whole, which i will do now. The main people in the arguements are TOBI & 3rd HOKAGE. I assume that it takes the same amount of time for tobi to make himself "intangible" and for Minato to use FTG (atleast level 2), so I will igore these facts. I divide it up to:

Natural Speed / Natural Reflexes / Transportation Jutsus / Intelligence

Natural Speed: 3RD (Catching Baby Naruto in mid air w/o teleporting)
Natural Reflexes: 3RD (Being able to dodge "A" using lighning release)
Transportation Jutsus: 3RD (Teleported OUT OF Tobi's Teleportation)
* The FTG has ATLEAST 2 LEVELS... but what if there are more?!?Intelligence: 3RD (Was never hit by Tobi in their fight)

.... MINATO WINS. FLAWLESS VICTORY.

Just because Tobi has intangibility does not mean he is better at avoiding attacks, yes his S/T technique is better then Minato's, but Minato has proven that he can land a hit on Tobi, as well as Torune, the other guy, Konan, and even Itachi's Amaterasu. Minato has never been touched, unless he wanted it to happen, that obviously mean he is better at avoiding attacks, idk how much clearer it can get!!!

We are not using the analogy that Minato is faster so get that out of your head because if we was, A would take second place, he is obviously faster then Tobi, but that is not the case. Minato is better at avoiding attacks, his speed combined with his almost instantaneous S/T technique makes that possible.

When deciding the winner of this, you have to go by feats and hype, Minato has never been touched, it is shown plenty of times throughout the manga. Tobi has been hit numerous times, not very much feat in that. Minato wins.

It says who can evade the best. Minato hit tobi because tobi was trying to attack him. If he merely just wants to evade he doesn't need to materialize at all. Sure, Minato can evade he want to fly to the otherwise of the world.

Minato, he is clearly the fastest to be evasive. He has kunai at random places to teleport and can put seals to teleport.

Tobi. Intangibility is better than transportation. If Minato did not need seals then he still would be in second. All he did was outsmart him it doesn't mean he would be better at dodging attacks. Remember how Bee nearly killed him?
