I guess you guys need a few more decades to realise what a welfare state really means. You guys had the top place long enough, but if your people can't see what's good for you then they deserve to be in debt and have a shitty education system. Btw the insurance based healthcare is the the most retarded consept I've ever heard. From 90's to this day it truly keeps astoundishing me that how a supposedly welfare state like U.S has such a dumb and discriminating system.

you say welfare state as if it's something to be proud of. welfare strips incentive.

I meant well-being state. Don't they mean the same thing?

Maybe it's just my understanding of english, but I'll explain it:

It's state the kind of which all the Nordic countries are. Based on equal rights, secularism, individualism and the goverment offering the basic services like education, health care etc. You haven't heard of this consept? If you'd have you would indeed say it's something to be proud of because our education system shits on your education system.

Have you actually read his policies? Only people who make above 200k a year will be taxed 20% up to 56% at a marginal rate.

The marginalized tax already existed in the U.S. which taxed the rich, and the rates went up as high as 90%. Reagan, Ford, FDR, Eisenhower, and others have done this.

People who make under 200k a year, will save thousands on health insurance because they no longer will have to pay monthly premiums(subscriptions) for their privatized healthcare.

All that Bernie Sanders is proposing is cutting out the middle man (the insurance company).

As for what else? Well free tuition for public colleges has existed for over 200 years in the U.S. up until Reagan.

Banks also used to be broken up and Glass Steagall was in place to insure that they don't gamble with our money. The bill was repealed by Bill Clinton, which lead to investment banking, a major cause of economic strife.

A tax on the rich will lead to lesser investment, loss of jobs and ultimately asset overseas.

These people who make above $200 grands are also the people who invest in businesses and provide jobs for Americans, and a enormous taxation of that rate will lead to lesser investment, loss of jobs and assets hidden overseas. American companies held an estimated $2 trillion of taxes overseas because of corporate tax.

Now you're telling me Bernie will do any better with his free proposals?

Imagine that. Your government education shits on our government education. Imagine if there were people telling bernie sanders these things don't work the same in america as in europe

So why is that we have such a shitty job market then? The rich aren't getting tax virtually at all. So why am I not seeing much investment on their part?

Oh that's right, you're just assuming that all rich people will invest in business to help our economy and not pocket the money instead.

There have been surveys done about this and the banks for instance pocket more than half their profit when they should be investing in jobs.

Is this a joke? Seriously? We have the third highest corporate tax rate in the world and you wonder why they don't want to do business here? They feel lucky when they avoid these taxes. Why would you want to risk bringing your money back and investing in a place that obviously wants to take the majority of it.

Give them an incentive to stay

I don't think you understand how business works, mate.

Rich people who save more than invest is a tactic for business, because they don't feel they need to invest at the current time. I'm not going to lecture you too much on finances and economics here.

Your liberal solution to the problem is if the wealthy don't use their money for the people, then we will tax them even more, and that just makes things worse. Ask yourself this: why are wealthy people wealthy? Because consumer spending is what made them rich. They don't need to invest to create jobs because it's cheaper for them hire a third world worker to manufacture their products than a citizen.

Democratic policies have lead to the destruction of the market. Conservative leadership is what builds it back up. Lessen income and corporate tax, investments will come back to the country, jobs will be given back and the economy will grow back again.

So the owner of the corporation faces no loses when the corporate tax rate is high?

Can corporations make decisions? OR is that people based on how they're being taxed. You are hopelessly naive

Did I mention corporate tax you dolt? What does that have to do with the marginalized tax on the rich?

You know what, I'm done. You always go off tangent when you can't fathom the topic at hand, which is all of the time.

NO I did and you said corporations aren't people.

How is bernie gonna pay for college? obviously not through a speculation tax. You have no way around that.

why don't you try to argue that commissions aren't federally funded like that other idiot?

But you truly don't get it. If you attack the personal wealth of the rich it affects their businesses and their business decisions

So how do you counter the points of the study made on Bernie's tax speculation plan?

I'm not going to, because understanding economics is not one of my strong suits. I do however realise that in theory Sanders is right about the velocity of money and calling out wall street bankers and the top 1%. If you can't conclude anything from that video that leads to the statement "Sanders is wrong" then you truly acknowledge that Sanders is right on that particular issue. Other than that I'm not commenting on his plans.

Dude it's called sleeping. It was 3am where I am, and I told you id be going to bed. Then you ***** at the one guy because you were sleeping. Smh, you millenials are going to be the death of me.

Commission does not have any bearing on whether or not it's federally funded. I was correct that agencies are federally funded, however yes, some commissions are also federally funded. But unlike agencies, commissions aren't given the same status. You'll have to pardon my hastily written response, I was rushing on a mobile.

However the irony is, since my departure, you have in fact committed the literal definition of straw man by physically declaring victory on one argument by perceiving a victory in your favor in one given tangent. That is the dictionary definition of straw man.

I digress. Nomenclature aside, some commissions are tax funded, others have zero involvement with the government. And in this case, your attack on my generalisation of a definition is in fact irrelevant as the ntfcc IS a private sector, publicly shared FIRM and does not have any ties to the government, federal or otherwise

Where is your source that the New York Commerce Commission is privately funded?

Sounds state funded to me.

I also never saw the foot note you're referring to.
