Basic Battle Arena Rules.

Each respective player can only use one jutsu at a time and must wait for their opponent to make a move until they can unleash another jutsu.

punches and kicks should be measured as in ultimate modes of characters or characters who specialize in taijutsu. like ultimate mode would be(kyuubi naruto, curse sasuke, hermit jiriaya, ect.) and characters who specialize in taijutsu would be (Tsunade, Lee, Gai, ect)

punches and kicks do 2 damage normal, and 5 damage to taijutsu and ultimate mode users.

ok when it comes to how much chakra jutsu costs. techniques you use will differ from 10-20-40 chakra.

1)10 chakra jutsu's will be the minor jutsu's that are meant for sealing, binding or smaller damage. Easy to escape from.

2)20 chakra jutsu's are your base/signature jutsu's that are meant for doing it's job almost everytime. Hard to escape from.

3)40 chakra jutsu's are your ultimate jutsu's that use so much chakra ending up damaging yourself slightly. Also very hard to escape from.

In addition, when using a jutsu, the damage is double the chakra you used for the jutsu. And in ultimate jutsu SELF-damage. Its half the chakra you used for the jutsu.

After you use a jutsu.. Dont go saying that it automatically hits.. The opponent must have a chance to block it.. If he doesnt know how he just takes the hit..
But if it is a high speed jutsu then you can say it.. But there are jutsus that can avoid even those..

agreed there should be a 3 jutsu per turn rule.10 jutsu each player per battle.A location must be selected by both or all fighters.this is to suit water users or sand users or ice users.There should also be a trap rule were you can set traps and lure the opponent in to it making it more real.

Heres another rule:
You can use NO sword whatsover if you havent got one in the anime..
The sword has to be a NORMAL sword(Samehade is exeption)..
You can get a sword but DONT use it in a FIGHT!!
Also.. NOONE is allowed to have more than 1 eye technique!!
I mean in the branche:
Sharingan-->MS-->(Zanji and madara EMS)
Byakugan
Rin'negan
You are allowed to use 1 Field jutsu, 1 Clone jutsu 1 Defending jutsu 1 Body jutsu per post..4 total..

Allowed to have maximum of 4 Basic elements!
<99 : 1 element
>100 : 2 elements
>1000: 3 elements
>2000: 4 elements

Evryone gets 4 squares
[ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] l [ ]
The fift is Bloodline limit Like my Hyuuga moves and Byakugan
Each square can be filled in with this
Any Basic element
Genjutsu

Etc..
In Rin'negan case:

Because he has all basic elements..

And please evryone .. Dont ignore this.. Try to make this fair for EVRYONE... So that for example.. So anyone could have a chance against EVRYONE..
Only thing missing here... are STRATEGIES.. That should be the main point in fighting.. Not how many jutsus you have.. Or how many 'rare' abilities..Something you bought in the weapon store.. Or Mystical Relics thread.. CANT be used in a real fight.. BEcause if the other person hasnt got one of those.. It would be UNFAIR.. Try to work things out with the squares..

Then post your Square formation.. However.. Since Yondaime is powerfull on its own - by using his teleportation - I think Strong people in Naruto should have less squares than the weak one ^^

Your right thats why there a jutsu limit per person per match of course you can change them every match but it makes the game more fun.How many people in the real naruto use over 10 jutsu in any fight except j-man vs pein? also I feel that you must reach a certain rank before you can use jutsu not of your avatars.
