i think he is a average jonin in base but just because of the shadow clone spamm and high chakra level imo it would be enough for asuma with high difficulty

Naruto Base mode is jounin level
*defeated kakuzo with rasenshuriken s rank teq
*he has variations of rasengan + shadowclones
*speedwise was able to fend of deva path with tajiutsu and block his attacks and made the cloud ninja look like clowns
*intelligence he always manages to outfool his opponents tho thats mostly plot no jutsu

he only has one s-rank tech but that s-rank tech was pretty much made for him. he hasn't mastered anything by natural talent and doesn't understand basic things. decent sped equals average speed.

base naruto also have lots of toad summons
he could also just summon ma and pa (sage mode not required to just simply summon them )who in their turn can cast genjutsu songs and do other crazy ass slicing things etc ... point is hes very high jounin lvl even in base.

  Naruto surpassed the fourth Hokage in terms of the rasengan in base mode which is quite somthing, innovatively creating many different types in base mode.
  He has shown several times high intellect in battle, and is very skilled in the art of deception, as shown in a number of fights and this has always been the case. Just because he seems to be an idiot generally doesn't mean he is same in battle eg. Kakuzu, Pain (Sage mode doesn't give you extra intelligence as far as i know lol)
  As some of the others have shown, his speed is quite impressive, if you go back and read the whole thread you may see this.
  The rasengan and the shadow clone jutsu are recognised jonin level techniques, and his skill with them far surpasses any other ninja alive.
  He also has an incredible chakra level, his own chakra without the kyuubi's being four times Kakashi's.

Definitely the same level as TenTen and Kiba.xd
