His hair is enough to catch hidan. He can also summon gamabunta to stomp on hidan so he cant move and he can take out his limbs. One of the frogs could also use strong suiton to destroy the drawing or breaks hidans body. Finally the frogs has genjutsu, and once he is caught he would be done for. Finally with sage mode he can prevent any of hidans attack since he due to enhanced sense.
Also you think Jiraiya would wait for hidan to draw a circle ritual on the ground or keep it lying there? Not to mention if He could even draw Jiraiyas blood.

There's just so many possible way to defeat hidan.

A lot of things were "said" in the manga and i dont feel like getting an example ..point is its not true ... Unless its on the same level as Bijuu Dama.. which ACTUALLY destroys mountains. And then i can see hidan taking this ..I mean Hidan does not just sit around bragging about being immortal.. Its harder then it looks to hit him with a rasengan . And it wont do much . And the Hair restrains Them But it wouldnt be able to do incapacitate hidan .. ......

His hair and his fire is long distance. He also has suiton from the frogs to shoot out water from long distance. Not to mention giant frog summonings. He doesnt even need to get close to hidan to defeat or incapacitate him.

His hair id mid-range. Hidan can just cut it with his scythe, so it won't help him.
His fire Jutsu isn't long range. it's close or mid range, and it's not as fast as Amaterasu, so Hidan easily gets away..
And no - we haven't seen him use his frogs to shoot water from long distances

Re-watch the Asuma's death arc, drawing the circle doesn't take long, Hidan can easily do.. He needs a bit of Jiraiya's blood, and then just hide for 1 min, meanwhile draw the circle and then - gotcha! Jiraiya's Doomed, and can do nothing about it.

There's just so many possible way to defeat hidan.

None of what you stated will work (except SM, but read the op again.)

He can use the space barrier he used to defeat the first Animal Path, rasengan to the face and then gets melted by the gastric acid. Or Summoning: Toad Mouth Bind to trap him like he did against Itachi and Kisame. But there's more, he's hair jutsus can effectively counter Hidan's taijutsu and incapacitate him. Ultimately, Hidan isn't fireproof either. Swamp of the Underworld can effectively 'drown' him too.
He doesn't need SM to defeat Hidan.

Manda is much more durable than Hidan. Hidan might not die from beheading, but his skin is as hard as a human's.
