Jiraiya completely outclasses Hebi Sasuke in all but genjutsu.
Toads can break 3T genjutsu too, it's really not that hard. MS genjutsu is a different story.
A weakened Jiraiya can create a Katon this large with Gamabunta

Kurama is a completely different being, you can't compare him to a summon.
Whilst summons are like humans, flesh and bone constructs that have chakra, and able to die.
Kurama is 100% chakra, and most likely easier to control with the Sharingan.
If Kurama was aware that he was being controlled, I am certain he would have broken himself out.

Depends. But he'd leave himself open for Sasuke's counter attack, or even worse, the toads would make a havoc and and attack Jiraiya, in which case it'd be impossible for him to fight at the same time Sasuke & Manda as well as tame those toads.

If we are talking about Ma & Pa though, you could have a point. But I don't think Sasuke would waste his time on those anyway.

The swamp is pretty much impossible to escape, Raiton could possibly neutralize it, not sure how though. and Jiraiya can fry Manda with an oil/katon combo and finish it off with FCD before Sasuke has a second thought.

Bunta is put down with genjutsu and Manda escapes the swamps as i said fodder snakes were able to keep there selfs from sinking completely Manda pushes through it.
