And Sasuke casted a genjutsu on Manda before Manda even knew where he was, and Manda can't disrupt his chakra either, because he doesn't have hands.

Now you know i cannot give that scan as they never fought. Doesnt matter if Manda knew or not wouldnt make a difference because he cannot break genjutsu anyways. The person who is caught in the genjutsu cannot break it by themselfs either kurama has hands and still could not do the logic your using is pathetic and doesnt even make sense.

The only people shown to be able to do that were Obito, and Madara, who both have MS unlocked and are both better than Sasuke at genjutsu.
The most he could do is suppress a weak version of Kurama in Naruto's head.
