When Orochimaru summoned Manda in part 1 he was facing Bunta and told Orochimaru, "I should just kill you and be done with it." If Sasuke summons Manda, there's no reason to believe he'd fight for Sasuke just because he hates Bunta.

Bijuu and boss summons are different, you shouldn't compare them.
Bijuu are 100% Chakra while Boss summons are Natural animals.

And Sasuke casted a genjutsu on Manda before Manda even knew where he was, and Manda can't disrupt his chakra either, because he doesn't have hands.
