i do not recall Katara ever blood bending without a full moon and i only remember her ever blood bending once to stop the old lady blood bender U_U

of course there are those who can do it without a full moon but only 2 have ever been shown to be able to do this

Nah. She blood bend twice. Once with that old lady and second with one of the captains of fire nation that she thought he was the murderer of her mother. Both times were full moon.

Katara never trained further to master bloodbending where so doesn't need the moon. She was a pure and kind person and bloodbending scared her even when she used it out of revenge to beat the guy that killed her mother. Its an ability she doesn't like to use due its dark nature of being able to control people's movement...its like a forbidden technique in her case (only used in life/death situations lol).

point is that we shouldn't really include things that they can only do with extreme limitations not to mention if you take Katara's nature into account she would most likely not blood bend anyways...

Yeah but Tenzin can still always use a glider to fly maybe not to the same degree but enough to still be able to fight

Yes they fused because Rava was ripped from her.. so in order to become the avatar once again she had to fuse with Rava once again..

When avatar dies,raava will go to another body and make that baby the avatar. Raava gives the ability to bend all four elements. And that's because avatars can communicate with each other.
