I personally think they both get destroyed anyway, but people shouldn't be separating V4 and Unstabilized PS. The only reason someone's verdict would be different, is because of the power difference between Madara and Sasuke's Susanoo. Madara's is stronger, but not by enough for me to say one gets busted by COFRS while the other doesn't.

I am not going to get into the tanking argument, but isn't v4 and unstablized PS the same thing?

Yup. A normal FRS did more damage to Kurama than 25 Mountain Hollowing Attacks. COFRS is much larger, and thus, much stronger. EMS V4 isn't a big enough step above V3 to let me say it'd tank.

Equal Chakra Arrow doesn't translate to Equal Strength. So no, the arrow isn't going to pierce through V4. When it comes to destructive power, arrows are very limited. Enton Arrows are strong because they burn and pierce, not just pierce. When it comes to piercing, its nowhere near things like FRS or Nukite.
