Ikr! I feel drained, i need to be just a little warmed up before i go hit the weights not completely dead.

I try to eat like a good meal 1hr-2hr before hitting the gym. I cycle on pre-workout drinks. Currently not taking any but when i am its C4 be Cellucor.

After my workout i go home and make a shake right away, two scoops, about 50g of protein.

for the first bit u do but thats how u push ur limits :) and eventually its not that hard in the end the best thing is to work out at ur own pace the biggest mistake ppl make is they hit the gym see the guys pumping all the weight then they do more then they can handle and the hurt themselves

where i go to the gym there is one guy comes in puts 4 45 pound plates on each side of the bar and then does i dunno what they are called u jus lift it off the floor then set it back down but i mean common thats like 400 pounds ish thats insane i hate that guy haha

yea i usually eat a nice little meal an hour and a half before working out, after working out 30 min i take my whey protein shake(2 scoops)

yep dead lifts is def it haha i dont know work out names haha but ye he does that much weight to well close that guy had what looked like a 25 and a ten on the side of his 4 45s but like seriousy who can lift that haha

the guy in my gym controls it better tho he doesnt drop it like that tho he sets it down and back up

Haha i hate it when people drop the weights and make hella noise xd or grunt hella loud when working out. I grunt but its more like a "tsst" when i do heavy weight not a.....

That's not too bad. I knew people who lost 50lbs because of injuries, really sad U_U

ahahaha i actually got banned from a gym for fighting a guy that was doing that the grunting makes me mad but i understand so i dont care sooo much but the droping of the weights man omg

this guy did it one to many times and i stood up and was like bro if u cant control the weight dont lift it .....argument happened he walked up on me and as soon as he got in arms distance i smashed him the the face we fought go ripped apart cops came escorted out and banned from the gym haha

the other things that bug me are ppl who leave the weights lying around like it is their garage that they are working out it and the ones that take up two machines at a time if i dont need to use either machine i dont care but if i do need one i jus wait till they switch machines and jump on the one i need and when they come back hey bro i seen u over there on that one figured u were done and then i keep working out haha

It's a necessary 3 month work at farm in Australia to get your second visa. Conditions are epic... In mountains, + 40°C on Banana farm

lol yeh that ticks me off a lot, i dont always take all my weight off, but i leave like a plate on.. Lol at the guys that super set "take up a few machines at once" that pisses me off too. You see them talking to someone and they say they are using that machine.. its like bro O_O you cant use all the machines at once :sy:

if u lose fat perfect if u lost muscle you will gain it back quick and ur in australia eh thats wicked i head it a hard contry to get into like if ur working there great but the second u stop they kik u out and stuff like that haha

How often do you guys change routines? I've been doing the one I'm on 11 weeks and I'm changing every exercise next week. I would have liked to stay on it longer but something is killing my back and I'm not sure what it is. Anyway just wondering how often you guys switch it up.

tbh i dont really i jus kill a certain muscle group and when i go the next time whatever doesnt urt u kill it then when everything hurts i heal up i find it best not to have a set routine

also protein shakes, whey or whatever, all of those should be supplements. and you cant just take in a whole bunch and expect muscles. you have to take in a certain amount depending on your body weight and body fat.

you should take 1-1.25g of proteins for each lean body mass you have or something like that. example if you weigh 200lbs and have 10% body fat you should take 180g of proteins a day..

but for me that seems too much. anyways most of your proteins should be coming from chicken, turkey, beef and fish. and if you need more than you supplement with supplements. people do the exact opposite and its wrong.

carbs are also more important than proteins. you should get your carbs from fruits, veges and pastas.

but like Kage said most of those protein stuff are crap. none of it is tested and for all you know it could be sugar powder with a whey protein label on it.

btw im not a professional or nothing and dont take any of my word for it but do your own research about body building and protein and dieting and be thurough, some people odnt know what they are talking about. look for things from nutritionists and personal trainers

dont take that protein shake crap it all garbage just get on the proper diet all that protein shake stuff does it add on whats called water weight u get big but then if u stop u jus get fat also not everyones body can digest that crap and u end up with deposits in ur body that need to be surgeically removed all ive ever done and i went from 160 to 25o in the last 3 years

it ur life but nuthing is or will ever be better then a proper diet and hard work thats a fact

Btw i forgot to commet onsome few things.

Dont take anything that is going to stop or slow down your digestive system. That is the dumbest thing i have ever heard. You want to speed up your digestive sysytem and spees up your metabolic rate. And you do that by working out, cardio n weight lifting (but more cardio like swimmong and rumning) and like kage ryuu said eat like 5-7 meals a day.

But not big meals. Light meals. Like for breakfast u eat cereal, a hour later u eat a banana, a hour later u eat lunch, hour later a shake, hour later a yogurt, hour later diner etc.

You having you 3 meals breakfast lunch and dinner and inbetween each you have a snack. Constantly having food in you stomach will make your body continue working and make your digestive system work constantly. It will inc you metabolic rate and it will help you in your body building

Lastly get at least 8 hours of sleep a day. How do you know your getting enough sleep? If you wake up before your alarm clock than u got enough. Resting your body will help your body grow and also give u strength to work out the next day.

Dont smoke or drink

And thats all i can think of now

Go on youtube and look for "scooby bodybuilding" and you should find a page of this bald guy whose huge, he usually weara a hat and his name is scooby and he gives tons of great info to bodybuilding
