thanks guys for your words of advise... i just have to follow them to the best as i can and go to the gym more often


and another question....
how do i loose those slight belly fat.. like the prefect belly fat burner

cardio cardio cardio cardio.... thats the only way.... you cant target any area of your body to lose fat. you can target parts of your body to train the muscle, to make it bigger or stronger but not target fat areas..

only running, swimming, cycling etc helps....

and lipo and surgery but i wouldnt recommend those

You say they have the right to douchebaggery, but when you think about it, I would never trade in my personality for muscles, which most girls dont even give a shit about.

LMAO ultimate fitness???? bro these people couldnt run 5km if they tried let alone a marathon. I have full respect for the workouts that they do but you cannot claim that as ultimate fitness :flaw:

And no I am not fat or skin and bone, I am a runner and tbh if you can introduce me to a bodybuilder who have actually kept their personality along with the body, I would be more than happy to meet them because quite frankly I am sick of all the ones I know ( had to remove them off facebook etc)

dude you cant categorize every single bodybuilder just because you met a few douches in your life.. thats just ignorant...

and you have to admit that they work hard for their bodies because that isnt easy

your a runner, another type of athelete. im sure your confident in your running abilities. body builders are confident because they gained their looks.. and alot of them dont care what others think about how they look, some dont do it to get girls, they do it cuz they want to...

sometimes i take whey protein sometimes i dont. cuz u really dont see a difference. just eat healthy foods for up to 5-6 meals a day. thats it.
