Not only me but everyone affraid of death, everyone to have a long life and for that it is very much necessary for people to take care of them self. Some of the things like following the traffic rules and law will help you in that.

Everybody hates death and is scared of death even animals are afraid of it as we know by their body language i.e. when they try to survive no matter what same for us, people that claim they are not affraid of death will be when at the point of death its natural but the question really is do u belive in an after life

I think that death is just when we cease to exist, so I don't have anything to be afraid of. What I do find extremely scary however is the way we get to death: Dying can be painful, slow and torturing in every other aspect. That's why I would say that I'm not afraid of death, but I'm afraid of dying.

I do not fear death...death is afraid of me. Of course, I've realized something that few people ever have, and it's made me very comfortable with death.

Stephen Colbert's joke goes with this quite well I think...maybe in bad taste, but the end is the most important part:

OK. So a guy commits suicide. And he goes to heaven, he gets to heaven.

And God greets him there, and the guy said, "I'm so surprised I'm here. First of all, I thought there was no God. Second of all, I thought if you killed yourself, you know, you were damned forever."

God said, "You know, that's a complicated issue. Everybody at least thinks about ending it, you know, killing themselves at some point." And God says, "Even I've thought of it."

Actually this is a topic for old people. Of course you can die any second you want to answer a thread on this forum or anytime you cross the street but really, you are not supposed to think about death when you are young. Think about life. Life is beautiful no matter what happens. Wasting time thinking about death is... just wrong imho. And furthermore does it matter whether you fear death or not? You'll have to face it anyways.

All I can say is that I'm not sure, but I do know that I'm at least avoiding it, but does that necessarily mean that I'm afraid of it?
The feeling I get is, no, not really, albeit it does not mean one should invite the risk of it in order to prove so, it's just the smart thing to do, no?
Btw, I'm not one to be afraid of the idea of death, besides, it happens to all of us in many unpredictable ways, so why worry about it?

If you still have many things to accomplish and you dont wanna leave your love ones then being afraid of death is natural.

There are two reasons i would be reluctant to accept death.

1. I haven´t achieved my dream which means i haven´t lived fully..

2. I have alot to live for mainly my family and i don´t want them to be sad for me.

Yes, but if you spend your time fearing death constantly, then you'd never be able to live. In that case, just die, because you aren't alive anyway.

Now, theoretically speaking I'm not afraid of death. Because I'm just sitting here thinking about death and how it works and what not, giving me no reason to fear it.

But realistically speaking, if I were about to die.. I would naturally not want that to happen, I would fear it in that moment. So seeing as how actions speak louder than words, yes. I am afraid of death.
