Are people not considering a chakra cloak of some kind?

You should take in mind that Chakra is invisible for persons without any special sense ability, and only people with special doujutsu like the Uchiha and the Hyuuga could see that kind of energy.

Karin happens to wield an special ability, so even if she saw that 'fiery' chakra, manga could show us just a plain person... it's not the big deal.

tobirama was able to sense that naruto was in sage mode and that an attack done by a toad had sunjutsu in it. so its pretty clear that a good enough sensor can sense natural energy. i see no reason karin wouldnt be able to. i also see no reason she has to be an exception to a rule that doesnt exist.

Yeah that had nothing to do with sensing natual energy; and everything to do with Tobirama being smart, having prior knowledge of sage mode and Omyoudon, and his ability to see Naruto and the previous attempts to attack Obito.

The reason she can't, like I said, is the same reason Naruto can't unless he's in sage mode. Are you not aware of how powerful of a sensor Naruto is in BM or KM mode? Yet he could not sense the juubi. Just because a character doesn't state a rule implicitly, doesn't mean parameters can't be established other ways in the manga.

it's because karin was sensing him...! we can see kinda energy around him just like how naruto absorbed natural energy but it was just showing that karin was sensing that person and that's how it was appearing to her...!

No normal humans have chakra "cloaks" as in it looks like wispy fire coming off their forms. That's just normal chakra. Look at some instances where we get to see what a sharingan sees, you will see all humans seem to have the same "fiery" look.

Only reason Naruto's is visible is because the chakra he is using is Kyuubi chakra so its visible. When Naruto uses KCM its not a "chakra cloak" its just him utilizing Kyuubi chakra in its purified form, hence his own chakra becomes mixed with it giving it that fiery look. Yet its not channeled into a true "chakra cloak" its just flowing around his body like his own normal chakra.

So no I would have to disagree with you about it being a chakra cloak, not to mention the streams seem to being going into him rather than out from his body. This indicates some manner of Sage mode. Or at least some form of natural energy.

Ya, as I stated above I admitted the chakra cloak is not likely considering the legs shown show no sign of it. I do agree that it could be natural energy though.

If it was a sage mode aura, Karin wouldn't be able to see it. Being able to sense chakra and natural energy are two different things.

As for the whole natural energy discussion, if its a person with Natural energy, I think its clear they can be sensed. I think the Juubi is different because its a creature of pure natural energy. A human using Natural energy is still human with normal chakra, its just mixed with Natural energy, so it would make sense if its sense-able.

As for the whole natural energy discussion, if its a person with Natural energy, I think its clear they can be sensed. I think the Juubi is different because its a creature of pure natural energy. A human using Natural energy is still human with normal chakra, its just mixed with Natural energy, so it would make sense if its sense-able.

To be clear, I'm not saying someone who is using sage mode can't be sensed, just that the natural energy or senjutsu aura can only be "seen" by another natural energy user.
