Description:
The user does a small sequence of 3 hand signs ( Ram-Tiger-Boar) whilst sending chakra to his opponents brain thus taking over their senses. The jutsu effects the sense of sight, touch and hearing by making them seem like they are in a hellish environment.
--It first effects the sight by making it seem as if the users entire body is coated with orange and red flames that burn the terrain around him. Fire would instantly cover the entirety of the terrain with Giant flames whipping around like title waves that are 15-20 meters high which removes the user from the opponents sight the majority of the time. The next part is that every attack that the user uses seems like its just huge waves of steaming flames being shot out.
--The next is the sense of touch, The opponents skin begins to seem as if it is drying up drastically, causing their skin to crack and blister up, along with their mouth feeling dried out and hard to swallow, the air they breathe in even becomes thick, hot and hard to breathe in thus causing severe hyperventilation from the brain thinking the illusion is real. The brain also begins believing that the heat is unbearable and the opponents become dizzy from heat stroke type symptoms.
--The last is the sense of hearing. The opponent would begin to hear the flames crackling and whipping around loudly thus making it slightly hard to communicate.

- A Hyuga style master focuses a massive quantity of chakra into his arms and a focal point on each palm. When that's done he begins rapidly thrusting his hands forward (like when doing 361 strikes) so fast that it is a blurry motion to the naked eye. With each palm thrust the user unleashes a powerful, condensed chakra blast (air palm) that is 2× as fast as the basic air palm technique. Within the spand of 3 seconds the user lets off the maximum of 50 air palms towards the opponent(s) which in return destroys everything in its path (sort of like morning peacock) unless defended against. Just like any other air palm, each of the 50 is able to cause internal damage if it hits an opponent.

- A user first swipes blood either on his Tiglon Tattoo or just on his hands followed by the necessary hand seals and slamming his palms onto a flat surface. In return a big cloud of smoke will appear and when it clears will reveal a large 20 meter high and wide black box. At the users will the box falls apart, releasing Aizen; Who's tainted, evil, sadistic chakra pours out onto the battlefield and causing fear, anxiety and similar affects of an A-rank Killing Intent (Sakki) to overwhelm everyone but the summoner himself. Aizen as a cub learned to stand on his hine legs and uses only his hines as a primary use of moving, he is tall as Gamakichi and has a very muscular tone to his body along with a patch covering his left eye, and a large scar over his chest. He also wears a jacket that is buttoned near his collar and just hangs off his back, and also on his back is a pirate type sword.
- Aizens special skills are that he is very adept at using Genjutsu, in which he can use up to B-rank. Along with his ability to cast illusions, he is also extremely adept with the suiton element, which he can perform up to B-rank also but with a single hand sign.
Being one of if not the most skilled Tiglon's Aizen can move at blistering speeds, able to move at speeds equal to a Sannin leveled taijutsu specialist.

• Only taught by William24 and must've signed Tiglon contract
• Aizen stays in play for 4 turns
• While Aizen is in play the user can't use any S-rank genjutsu
• Once Aizen is gone the user must wait two turns to summon another Tiglon
• Can only be summoned once

Description: For this technique the practitioner will form two hand seals and then slowly assume the basic stance of the Chop-Hanging Fist style. This activates the illusion portion of the technique. The opponent will see the user slowly lower their body, leaving brief after images. Once the stance has been reached the opponent sees the user disappear in a swirl of wind. In reality the user will have been focusing large amounts of chakra to their legs and will burst forwards once the illusion activates, closing distance at high speeds and unleashes a barrage of eight palms strikes in the blink of an eye, never stopping their forwards movement. The strikes and the damage from them will break the opponent out of the genjutsu (should they still be in it) by the time of which the user will have moves past them by about three meters.

Description: The user begins weaving an intricate series of twenty hand seals. During this process wind begins to whip around them and lifts them into the air several meters. The wind builds and builds tightly enveloping the user in a swirling cocoon. The wind becomes so fast and so dense that it begins to take on a solid appearance, making a white, swirling ovular cocoon around the user which can defend them from incoming attacks. At its peak the cocoon creates a faint and soothing humming sound, a calm before the storm. Then at a moment's notice the user will stretch their arms out at their sides causing the cocoon to explode outwards in a torrent of large wind blades that decimates the battlefield leaving large scars in the earth all around. Due to the high speeds and density of the wind cocoon it becomes difficult to control causing minor backlash within, dealing numerous shallow cuts over the user's body.

The user will cause the stream of fire and the fireballs to dvide into many pieces of fire which wil rain down upon the opponent.

Description: Gaara begins by releasing a bunch of sand from their gourd, this sand is a very special sand, its the same sand that Gaara uses with his sensor sand. After having done that, the user will use a wind jutsu to blow the sand all over the battlefield, this makes it into a battlefield filled with little particles of sand in the air that tell Gaara the location of his opponents. The sand can find invisible opponents just like his ground sensor sand. Due to the sand all over the area, the opponent won't be able to see properly due to the sand going into their eyes.

-If opponent is from sunagakure, they aren't effected
- must use wind jutsu in correlation with this jutsu

Description: The user performs seven hand-seals, and then takes 5ft. long braided hemp rope (usually worn as a belt or weapon harness) and infuses it with raiton chakra. Once infused with raiton chakra this rope can be independently controlled and manipulated solely by the user. These ropes can be used to bind, tie, or secure an opponent by wrapping around their head, legs or arms in specific rope patterns then bind the hands to the feet and the feet to the head. Once an opponent is bound the user can then send high-voltage shock waves through the ropes using the Tiger hand-seal. The user can electrocute an opponent by performing the Dragon hand-seal, sending enough electricity into the victim’s body to knock them out or kill them.

This squirrel is extremely bulky making it a great shield as it can be used to block most C-rank jutsu without sustaining any damage. This squirrel cannot move as it weighs close to 500 pounds.

Description: The user performs 3 hand-seals, as they gather doton chakra into their dominate hand. They then slam their hand on to the ground releasing the chakra into the earth. The earth then forms up to 3 Red Squirrels (2ft tall, 2ft wide and 2ft thick) any where within a 10ft area around this jutsu's user. The Squirrel Golem(s) can then be used to attack an enemy or used as a distraction by placing an exploding tag/note to it, send it to attack an opponent, and then use the Tiger hand-seal making the Squirrel(s) explode. Being made of extremely dense earth and doton chakra Nimble Squirrel Golem can move about freely and is highly durable being able to withstand up to 2 C-rank jutsu before being destroyed.

-Note: Can only be taught by AntiHero
-Note: Must be a signer of the Squirrel contract to use this jutsu.
-Note: Cannot use doton jutsu B-rank or higher in the same turn as Nimble Squirrel Golem.

Description and Background: Choughs have black plumage and brightly coloured legs, feet, and bills, and long broad wings and perform spectacular aerobatics. In our RP these birds can get big up to two times of the size of Sasuke's hawk. The birds can fly at fast speeds and are able to use elemental jutsus as well as genjutsu. These birds thanks to their eyes are able to see objects at far distances. Korra was able to be the first one to find the scroll to these birds hidden within Amegakure.

Dropping the cannon Salamander contract Zen gave me permission
And Dante gave me permission for this since it collides with his Crow contract

Problem is that the Crow contract is also a cannon contract. Crow had it approved before it was shown in the Manga that Itachi actually summoned crows. I'll need to talk to the other mods about this. If i don't get back to you in a week, contact me.

Description and Background:
With 8 legs surrounding their body, also have two further pairs of appendages that have become adapted for feeding, defense, and sensory perception. The first pair serve in feeding and defense and the second pair are for feeding and moving. Their legs move hydraulically, enabling them the move in any direction almost as quickly forward. Arachnids have two types of eyes, the first that can enhance the ability to collect light, giving them greater sight in the dark. The second act like a lens, that can enhance the distance of their vision. In addition to the eyes, almost all arachnids have two other types of sensory organs. The most important to most arachnids are the fine sensory hairs that cover the body and give the animal its sense of touch. Finally, slit sense organs are slit-like pits covered with a thin membrane. Inside the pit, a small hair touches the underside of the membrane, and detects its motion. The abdomen has no appendages except those that have been modified to form one to four (usually three) pairs of short, movable spinnerets, which emit silk. Each spinneret has many spigots, each of which is connected to one silk gland.


These Funnelweb Spiders were first discovered when Vexx journeyed to Amegakure. While traveling through a forrest, Vexx fell into a spiders den. The Spiders considered eating her, but then decided not to, after she talked her way out of it. Noticing her talent with a tongue, they decided to make a deal with her, and become her allies. Specific advatages of the FunnelWeb Spiders include fantastic trap making skills and traps with their silk web skills.

The explosion is caused by the shattering of the ice which causes friction in between the ice particles. This is where the users chakra comes into place. He simply uses it as a trigger.

Kuchiyose no jutsu Aokakesu: Raw | Summoning : Raw
Type: Summon

Description: The user focuses their chakra and performs the dragon hand seal or swipe their blood on their blue jay tattoo Summoning Raw, the Blazing blue jay. Raw is Light..'s personal Blue jay. Raw is about one quarter the size of Gamabunta, and can travel up to 75 miles per hour at top speed. This Blue Jay trained in a very hot area so he is able to be immune to B-rank and lower Fire. Its not only the area that he trained in made him immune, it is because of his special Red and Black feathers which are different from other Blue Jays because they have Blue and Black feathers. The blue Jays special ability allows him to Flap his wings releasing a visible heat wave that is equaled to an S-rank fire technique. Raw can also use A-rank and lower Fire techniques without handseals. The Only problem is he is only able to use this technique two times per match. Raw also has the ability to speak fluent English.

-Heat wave counts as 2 of the users moves and can only be used 2x
-Can only be summoned by Light...
-Can only be summoned once a match
-Stays on the field for 3 turns
-Is able to fly at-least one Ninja

If used on an opponent underwater, it would make it difficult for the opponent to escape by ordinary means. If used on a technique, it increases the damage power dealt.

Description: The summoner must bite his/her left thumb and let the blood drawn from the bite hit the ground, then step on it to summon Nina, the Wicked. Nina, the Wicked is a Red Squirrel (4ft and 30lbs). She has thick Brown fur and a shiny black tail (2.5ft), which helps her balance and steer when jumping and running. She can wrap her tail around her to use as a shield and also to keep her warm during sleep or swimming.
Nina has sharp quill-like vibrissae above her eyes, below her chin, on her forelegs, and on her hind-legs which she can use as weapons (ie. needles, swords, etc). The vibrissae also act as a sensor allowing Nina to feel vibrations in the air as well as on the ground.
Nina has sharp, curved claws which enables her to climb and descend broad tree trunks, thick branches and even house walls. Her strong hind legs enable it to leap gaps between trees.
Mina has an affinity for Doton chakra which allows her to perform Earth style jutsu with relative ease using squirrel hand-seals (3 fingers and a thumb on each forefoot). She can use ninja tools with her hands and create them using doton chakra.

Description: The user summons thirteen giant pillars of stone underground; six in a hexagon pattern, one in the center of that, and six more forming triangles at the end of the hexagon, making them resemble a sun when seen from above. The pillars are visible from the surface as large stone circles on the ground with glowing patterns on them. The pillars emit pulses of chakra throughout the ground surrounding them which pass through each other and bounce off the chakra barrier formed between the six outer most pillars. This jutsu prevents anyone from performing techniques originating from the ground since the chakra moving through it form several different directions disrupts the manipulation of chakra underground and makes it impossible to perform a technique. Each pillar can be destroyed or disabled with a suitable B-rank lightning technique. This technique has a 200 meter radius.
-Usable twice per battle
-Lasts for four turns
-Only one other jutsu may be used this turn

Description: This technique begins with the user holding up his index finger and thumb with only one inch worth of space in between them. The user will gather water molecules in the air that condense in between his fingers into a small pellet of ice (1 inch in diameter). Once the pellet forms, the user will then flick his index finger toward the pellets desired direction while focusing enough chakra into his hand to propel the pellet at a great speed due to its small size; able to reach an opponent at long distance within seconds. The speed of the pellet itself is enough to shoot through a target, lodging itself about halfway through an average person’s torso. After the pellet is released, the user has the option of then making a single hand seal for the second part of this technique. After that hand seal, the pellet will suddenly stop moving from wherever it is and will begin to glow brightly. It will then burst outward, creating a violent explosion identical to the one in the “Mirror Ice Murder” technique. The explosion has a radius of about ten meters from the pellet.

Description: This is an ancient technique developed by one of the first true masters of ice release—Robert Drake. Drake discovered a way to not simply encase his body with ice, but to practically become ice itself based on the Hozuki clan’s ability to freely shift between liquid and solid forms. In this technique, the user first channels ice chakra throughout their body while dropping their body’s temperature drastically. Upon doing this they will become, literally, an Iceman. Becoming ice and encase oneself in it, however, is not the most important power of this form. Meanwhile, the user’s ability to lower the temperature around him reaches its peak to the point that the user can create ice constructs while also releasing freezing blasts from their palm (equal to B-rank) and use any ice techniques at their disposal with no hand seals as long as it is used within a radius of five meters around them. Upon any movement, the ice that the user is now made of will constantly break and then naturally reform, and if a technique hits the user that destroys only a minor part of them (severing an arm, a hole through their chest, etc.) the area will immediately reform. If the user is, for example, shattered however, they will be unable to reform from such a serious injury. The user can mold the ice on and in their body in any way that they seem fit, not unlike the way that a Kaguya can manipulate their bones. This goes from extending an ice shield from their arm, to covering their body in spikes, and even expanding their body to massive sizes by gathering more moisture and making layers on top of layers of ice (up to 20 meters in height). Again, all of these constructs are equal to B-rank, and any movement involving them counts as one of the three moves per turn. Meanwhile, the user’s actual ice techniques up to A-rank get a +10 damage boost (this does not apply to the constructs that the user is able to make directly from his body), and the chakra cost is reduced as a result of the user’s almost limitless control over the moisture in the air.

Note: While this is active, the user cannot use fire, lightning, earth, or sound (they would end up literally shattering themselves in many cases) techniques.
Note: The amount of chakra that it takes to keep this technique active is so large after used, the user will be rendered completely exhausted. For the next five turns, he will only be able to use B-rank and below techniques, and will completely lose the ability to manipulate moisture in the air or drop the temperature of water for the same amount of time, rendering his ice techniques useless.

Description: The Assassin Arsenal is a collection of highly technological weapons. The Ninja World, over time, has become fairly advanced. There are televisions, wireless radios, video cassettes, cameras, and even laptops. As a result, people with genius-level intellects took advantage of these technological advances. The uniqueness of the Assassin Arsenal is found in the fact that not a single one of these require chakra to use (though some can be enhanced by the use of chakra), as the entire point was to give ninja without any actual talent in ninjutsu or genjutsu their own personal edge in battle. The arsenal includes a variety of different man-made weapons and tools with various special abilities or purposes.
Note: All restrictions will be made on the tools themselves, this is simply a technique being submitted for approval of the collection in general.
