Description: The user grows a bullet shaped piece of wood the length and width of his index finger from his anywhere on his body and gathers wind chakra into his mouth. He then holds the wood up to his mouth and exhales S rank wind directly onto the wood blasting it at high speeds towards an opponent. The wood can be fired with pinpoint accuracy and has rifling on it in order to create spin and increase its velocity.

-Can only be tracked by 2t sharingan
-Can only be used 3 times per battle
- No S rank wind the turn this was used or the next one
-Can only be taught by Goku2000

Ikaku suru yōna nekkuresu: Menacing Necklace

Description:
This necklace once belonged to an evil Emperor who ruled over his subjects with his power and intimadated his foes with his menacing appearance this necklace gave him. The necklace has a triangular shaped golden "main" piece with a blue diamond shaped pendant in the middle of it with a golden chain, the main piece spans the users chest as well. When the user puts this necklace on it immediately begins to drain some of their chakra and when activated gives them an "extended transformation" similar to Tsunades the chakra it drains fuels this transformation so that the user is able to take some damage before the transformation wears off, however if the user is heavily damaged then the transformation wears off. The user gains golden spikey hair, their muscles grow much larger, their pupils turn white, and they grow a foot taller. This menacing appearance intimidates foes and also releases an A rank compressed omnidirectional chakra blast that goes into short range upon the activation of this necklace. If the user wants to deactivate the necklace it can be reactivated again in 3 turns. It stores the user chakra into the necklace at all times to use for more attacks. When the necklace is activated it coats the users fist and feet in the chakra it has stored giving him a +10 boost in all taijutsu attacks as well as giving a thin chakra layer around his body which protects him from minor injuries like falling debris and being wounded from kunai and shuriken

-Actvating necklace counts as 1 move in the users turn

Note: to whoever checks this feel free to take out the +10 or anything you like i really just wanted the transformation but i added in the other stuff to actually make it a weapon

Fire: The user's hands or feet get coated in fire and when an opponent is punched with this affinity channeled they recieve 3rd degree burns in the place they were punched

Wind: The user can move very quickly when this affinity is channeled to the point where the user looks like a blur when they move and their fists moves likewise in the same speed. However a dojutsu user can see the user move like they normally would.

Earth: The users punches and kicks do extra damage to the point where if an oponent is touched with this channeled that the punch or kick can break many bones at once and even can punch through b rank and below earth structures.

Lightning: The user can paralyze their opponent with a single punch or kick when this affinity is channeled and makes contact with them

Description: The user makes a single handseal and focuses small pockets of wind chakra into the earth all around the opponent. They then release the wind chakra upwards towards the opponent, making a shower of small sharp stones hit the opponent and damage him. The stones are sharpened by the wind and move fast so that they cause 1 inch stab like wounds in the places they impact. The shower continues as long as the user is making the handseal they used to activate the jutsu.

Description: The user performs a single handseal (Tiger) and traps the target in an illusion where the target finds that they suddenly begin to perspirate (sweat) extremely excessively. Depending on the user, this can either be generalized (all over the target's body) or localized to any specific parts of his body (hands, feet, arm pits, face, and so on..). It is not long until the target is completely drenched in "sweat" making for a very uncomfortable and, not to mention, embarrassing feel for the target. However, this "sweat" is no ordinary sweat - it's properties/viscosity is likened to that of "Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field" being rather viscous and sticky like glue or sticky, wet dough, thereby significantly immobilizing the target's body (or body part). This sweat also puts off a very unpleasant odour which is simply incorporated to add to the realism of this illusion as well as interfering with the target's sense of smell and concentration. This genjutsu lasts until dispelled by the target or cancelled by the user.
*Note: Can only be used 3 times per battle.
*Note: While affected by this technique, the target has considerable difficulty moving (particularly affected body parts).

As they are falling they bring their legs over and deliver a straight kick to the ribs, this can be and usually is if the attack hits followed with Selle.

This technique is used as a quick kick, that stumbles the opponent slightly, giving the user enough time to attack with Selle. This technique may be changed up in different ways as well due to the user's discretion and capabilities such as they front flip, side flip, or back flip, as long as they create the basic function of landing on one hand using the flip as a momentum to slam a hard kick into the opponent's ribs. This technique is capable of fracturing ands breaking bones when the user masters the style.

With this technique it is capable of slamming the opponent making them fly off into the distance of sixteen meters.

Description: A strong, strong kick to the opponent's chest. The user takes their weaker leg and plants it against the ground as they push off, kicking into the chest in a stabbing formation. This technique may be performed in many different ways. The user may kick straight forward where their body is pointed forward, however this does not create a strong enough force to propel the opponent away which would be four meters. However if the user kicks the opponent side ways hitting into the opponent's chest is capable of sending the opponent flying into the distance of eight meters. When the user masters the capabilities of Black Leg Style they are capable of fracturing the ribs within the opponent's body.

While I still want to be able to create this technique, I decided it would be impossible to do (and balance) as one single technique. Therefore, I'm breaking it down into parts.

(Kamei Gigei: Raijinshō) Command Art: Raijin Rising

After this simple ritual is completed, a “magnetic” burst of chakra is released all around the user that causes all foreign chakra to be condensed as it approaches the user. Ultimately, the “magnetized” chakra will be drawn into the user’s weapon, effectively concentrating even large scale jutsu into simple, yet still equally powerful, streams or orbs, depending on the incoming techniques composition. This technique can easily be described as turning the user's weapon into a "Chakra Lightning-rod", thus the name.
*The strength of drawn in techniques does not diminish at all, and if the user doesn’t counter the techniques, the chakra will flow into the user’s body via the weaponand do full damage or preform its intended purpose
*Once activated, this remains active for the rest of the match, but it’s effect is only valid while the user is holding a weapon.

How long does this last again? Whole battle? Nah...4 turns tops. and it needs a usage limit as an A-Rank. Because the way its worded means it would affect any technique up to Forbidden rank. How many technique would this be able to affect at the same time? Basically, this needs a bit more "rules" to be applied to narutobase RPG context. Also, How would this behave against for example a Spike of wood? Or a rock? I see this as working well against Fire and Lightning and Wind or other such elements but solid ones?

(Fuuton : Kitakaze) Wind Release : North Wind

Description: The user will gather a large amount of chakra, focusing it in either one of their palms, and releasing the chakra outwards towards the opponent in the form of a light greenish coloured wave of wind. The wave of wind both blasts and cuts through the air in the direction in which it was fired from the users palm. When the wave of wind impacts another object however, it forcefully separates into multiple swirling blades (Maximum of 30) of wind which travel at multiple different angles and directions; capable of striking multiple targets. The properties of this jutsu allow it to be used in several tactical ways, such as directing the blast towards the ground infront of the opponent, the blast exploding on contact with enough force so as to causing the dirt to be stirred up, creating a dust cloud which masks the wave of winds separation into wind blades; the wind blades flying upwards and forwards; taking the target by surprise so as to successfully strike the enemy through rather sneaky and underhanded methods. Due to the large amount of chakra forcefully exerted from the users hand all at once, the hand used to release the blast will be useless in hand to hand combat for the next two turns; handseal speed will be halved for the same and next turn, and excruciating pain will surge upwards from the users hand to his shoulder for the same and next turn preventing extreme concentration in most circumstances.

- No wind jutsu for the rest of the turn, and no Jutsu above S rank for the next two turns.

Like all eagle rays, Atlantia has small electroceptors in her snout that allow her to detect the exceedingly weak electric signals generated by prey, or in most cases enemies, within a mid range radius of her. Atlantia is extremely smart, and what she fails to make up in bulk, she makes up for in intelligence, skill and tactics. Atlantia must be summoned in water. Atlantia is incapable of using suiton jutsu, however she is capable of freely manipulating water to create B, A or S ranked constructs such as pillars, walls, vortexes and other useful apparatus, this of course counts as a jutsu. Atlantia is also capable of creating a forbidden ranked exoskeleton of water to surround her, the water being a exact replica of her, except enlarged. The exoskeleton of water can be as large as, if not larger, than gamabunta, and responds solely to Atlantia's will, for all of which Atlantia requires a equally large water source. Atlantia is incapable of flying through the air, however she can gain small periods of hang time by launching in and out of the water. Atlantia is capable of speaking fluent english, japanese, and greek.

Fuuton : Tandokuno Tatsumaki | Wind Release : The Lone Current

Description: A simple yet effective jutsu made so that Kunai's and other projectiles such as senbon and shurikens would force opponents to take more drastic measures to counter, rather than simply throwing a projectile of their own. The user manipulates the wind currents slightly causing the wind to swirl and bend directly towards the enemy, the enemy will feel it become windy, or if it was already windy may detect a change in the wind currents if he is particularly observant, other than that no change will be visible. The user then continues to throw a projectile of choice. Due to the wind currents being altered when the projectile is thrown rather than simply taking a straight course, a number of unprecedented swerves and turns will be taken, as well as the Kunai increasing in speed. As such the Kunai rather than approaching from the front, they may approach from behind, the sides, or even above. This proves exceptionally useful when used with multiple projectiles, as the end result will be all of the projectiles approaching from different angles, at different speeds, and also constantly swerving in different directions. Not only that, but the projectiles actually gain a rank due to the speed boost, forcing the opponent to either avoid or counter through use of a jutsu, as the kunais would easily slice through any other conventional weapons. For instance, if a single Kunai is thrown, the kunai will become equivalent to D rank, however if a hoard of kunai's are thrown, the hoard of kunai's will become equivalent to D rank as a whole. Alternatively, the user can use this in conjunction with other jutsu that produce projectiles, for instance the C rank jutsu Flying Nail Mist Pierce, which would become B rank when used in conjunction with this jutsu, allowing it to pierce through stronger defenses than it could before. This could even be used with earthen bullets, however cannot be used with, wind, water, fire or lightning as they aren't "Solid". This jutsu lasts for two turns. However the boost only applies once per turn to either a single, or batch of projectiles.

Note:
- Can only be used 2x
- No wind jutsu S rank or above for the rest of the turn.
- With both the speed boost, and the random movements of the projectiles, it becomes very hard for the opponent to track the projectiles movements with the naked eye only.
- The currents shift according to the position in which the enemy is in, as such they only work one way. While this is active, the enemy will have to exert more force to actually throw a projectile so that it reaches the opponent due to the currents pushing against them. In most cases for Sannin and lower ninja the Kunai's fall to the ground before they exit short range.

Description: The user, focuses pure Ice chakra into his palm, and slams it into the ground, releasing a shockwave of pure ice chakra across the field. While the Jutsu itself is not a shockwave of Ice, but of Ice chakra, the field will not freeze unless there is a source of water to be frozen etc. What this jutsu does is change the entire climate of the field, causing ice jutsu to form twice as fast. The hand used by the user to perform this jutsu gets frozen, literally killing the muscle tissue in the hand, and the hand becomes extremely frostbitten, rendering the muscles in the hand useless and immobile.
*Lasts three turns
*while this jutsu is in use, the user cannot use fire or lightning jutsu.
*the user cannot use any forbidden ranked jutsu after this is performed

The hand used by the user to perform this jutsu gets frozen, literally killing the muscle tissue in the hand, and the hand becomes extremely frostbitten, rendering the muscles in the hand useless and immobile.

• The Ring-Tailed Lemur: The practitioner holds his hands in a position reminiscent of the Egyptians, and thrusts them backwards and forward in a pathetic-looking dance.
• The Crane Stance from Karate Kid: Taught by old Japanese man named Miyagi, the practitioner balances on one leg, arms held perpendicular to his sides, before overbalancing and falling backwards.
This technique only counts as one of the three moves per turn the first time it is used. Henceforth, the practitioner can stand in one stance per turn without it counting as a move. The first time a particular stance is used, nothing happens. The second time, the opponent's mind is taken back to the first time it was used. The third time it is taken back to the second timee. The fourth time, it is taken back to the third time. And so on.

However, this may not be necessary if he uses further Art of Witty Banter techniques on top of this, depending on the technique. The opponent's mind begins to base its whole concept of the flow of time on the statements of the practitioner. Also, his voice pitched to a frequency set to grate on the opponent's nerves, causes a flinch of pain every time he says something, but no actual damage.

-The jutsu will collect the heat from the fire jutsu and continue towards the opponent powered up
-The jutsu evaporates the water and extinquishes because of that only leaving the mist in the air

-Must be kage rank to use it
-Must have mastered fire to be able to use it

At the user's command, he can force the earth to move back, ultimately ripping apart whoever it has caught ahold of.

Description:The user performs 5 handseals(Snake-Horse-Monkey-Dog-Ram) and then slams both hands onto the ground surface while channeling chakra through the earth.The user will manipulate a large area of the earth around the enemy causing irregular shaped blocks of rock the rise from the ground.These blocks will almost instantaneously fly together to form a large air-tight cube around the enemy sealing them in.The cubes inside walls are laced with chakra and are almost impossible to break with the user able to shift the placement of the irregular earth blocks around to spread the damage along the wide surface area thus stopping any perceivable damage.However from the outside the cube is not so sturdy and is able to be destroyed with a powerfull area of effect lightning attack that must attack all sides of the cube at once.As a final resort the user can perform the ram seal and shout 'kujiku' causing the cube to start to decrease in size untill the user is completely restricted in which stone spikes will pierce the enemy from all sides of the cube.

Description: This technique is a seal that's printed usually on the back of the user's hand, with the mark of "Disruption" in a large Kanji letter, this is a special seal that has only one purpose, which is to alert the user of foreign chakra in which it enters the user's body, which is basically what activates the seal's ability, This seal has some of the user's own chakra and is connected directly to the user's chakra circularity system, therefore when a foreign chakra enters the user's body, the user's chakra inside the seal is disrupted and when the disruption happens it causes the seal glows in a dark red color and surges of red lightning like surges of light, these surges produce a sound that's familiar by the user as well as the bright glowing light alerting the user that a foreign chakra has entered his body, this is a pretty useful technique since it alerts the user of foreign chakra in which inside his body by his opponent the second the foreign chakra enters the body, which is useful in letting the user know that he is under a genjutsu technique used by his opponent, the only downside to this technique is that if the user used a Cursed Seal, the Seal would glow as well since it's a foreign chakra that's not the user's own, thus the user isn't able to know if he's under a genjutsu whilst the Cursed Seal is activated.

The users body will begin to become ice itself. finally the user will release all the chakra from inside his body expanding him into a giant block of ice that will trap everything in its path up to mid range, killing what ever is trapped inside it, including the user as he has now become ice itself.
note: user dies if jutsu is completed.

Once ready the user raises their foot in the air, very quickly slams his foot on the ground releasing a large and thin surge of Lightning which is fifteen feet tall and it gives off a very low pitched roaring sound similar to a lion's roar giving it its name. This moves very fast and from a front view it looks nothing more than a thin line heading straight towards the opponent but from a side view it looks like a very large blue wall moving very fast. If the attack hits the opponent they will be cut deeply along the area that was hit.

Description: The users may enter this mode by infusing Fire chakra with gathered Natural Energy. Upon activation the user will have achieved a physical appearance similar to one of a fox, with almond-shaped eyes, with three whisker-like markings on each cheek similar to Naruto's. His eye bags gain a red pigmentation that extends down on his nose and cheeks, similar to the eyeline of a fox and his eyes turn red. He inherits the natural agility and stealth and speed, thus improving his speed drastically and also his Taijutsu. As the foxes belong to the canidae family they will also have increased hearing and smell. The user will have the other abilities of Sage Mode inherited(sensory, etc.), except cannon Sage Jutsu and Frog-related techniques.
Notes
*This mode lasts 5 turns.
*The user must have had already mastered Sage Mode.
*The user must be perfectly still upon activation, or he can have a clone hidden which gathers Natural Energy(must be specified at the beginning of a battle)
*After this mode wears off the user cannot use any S-ranked jutsus the next three turns.
*Must have signed the Fox Summoning Contract.
*This technique may only be used once per battle.

(Senpo: Biyoku Kuchiyose no Jutsu) - Sage Arts: Tail Summoning Technique

Damage Points: N/A (+5 to fire techniques, all Fire techniques may be used with only one handseal)
Description: The user uses his Fire Chakra and Natural Energy to mould a tail made out of Fire. This tail can be used for both defense and offense. As it is infused with Natural Energy, it has a higher resistance to Water and Fire, being resilient up to C-rank, respectively up to B-rank. The tail is approx. 2 meters and is large enough to completely cover the user upon command, protecting him from physical(Taijutsu, not weapons) and the forementioned elements. The user is also able to shoot out Fire techniques out of the tail, only by performing the Tiger handseal(no techs above A-rank).
Notes
*This jutsu lasts 3 turns and reduces the duration of Sage Mode by 1 turn.
*It may be used once per battle.
*Must be in Sage Mode upon activation.

Description: The user performs the Horse and Snake handseals and gather a large amount of wind chakra all throughout their body. Then, the user sends all the wind chakra they have into the palm of their hand. Next, the user forms a small orb of rotating air in the palm of their hand. The user sends more and more chakra into the orb until it is spinning at 9000 rpm. The user will then smash the orb into the ground below them and it will expand into a tornado like dome around the user which will redirect and slash anything it comes in contact with. as time progresses the dome with progressively become slower. At about 7 seconds the orb wont be moving fast to redirect large objects. At 10 seconds the orb wont be ale to redirect at all.
-Can only be used/taught by Shade Dracova
-Can only be used twice a match
-Must have fully mastered Fuuton
-If not held firmly in their palm the orb will cause the user to fracture their wrist and hand

Description: The user will get in a normal fighting position. Then, the user channels chakra into their front and back legs. The user quickly converts the chakra in their front leg into earth chakra and stomps of the ground releasing the earth chakra into the ground which kickd up a giant boulder into the air in front of them. The user then spins 180 degrees as he is converting the chakra in his back leg into fire chakra. In a fluid motion the user spin kicks the boulder with his back leg and releases fire from his heel which shrouds the boulder in fire and launches it off at the opponent. the technique can be used to break down defenses and comparable to a meteorite due to the way it rains down upon the opponent.
-Can only be taught/used by Shade Dracova
-Must have mastered Taijutsu due to the large amount of leg strength it takes
-Can only be used once a match
-Counts as two moves due to the exhausting it is to perform this technique.
-Must have mastered both Doton and Katon

Description: The Flying Destiny Kunai (Hishou Shukumei Kunai) are custom-made kunai. They differ from a standard kunai in that they have three thin blades instead of one and the blades (which is thicker than normal) is hollow, carrying different ninja tools inside the hollow kunai. These tools can be anything from; Senbon, smokebombs, tags, flashbombs etc. They are also slightly heavier than normal kunai, which also makes them more lethal in melee fighting. The mechanism behind the kunai is that, when the kunai strikes any surface or is stop in mid air, it will detach the end of the blade and release the hidden weapon inside the kunai. The mechanism can also be activated by simple weaving the tiger hand sign. These kunai can also be utilised in close combat and therefor they have a special ability to when, the wielder inserts his chakra into the kunai it will extend a small chakra blade onto it's original blade making it longer and more lethal in combat.
Abilities:
- Wielder can use any weapon related jutsu through these kunai
- Cannot use Kenjutsu through the kunai (Kunai are not big enough)
- Wielder can engulf the kunai in fire chakra making it more lethal
- The kunai can emit a small blast of fire around the wielder when struck into the ground for defensive purpose (Can defend against C-rank earth and stop an enemy from closing in on you)
Restrictions:
- All techniques used through the kunai count towards the move count
- All techniques used through the kunai does not need hand seals
- Can only be wielded by Gutsy Jiraiya

The spikes will then later reform their tips and with another Snake hand seal they can shoot more volleys at the enemy, shifting themselves to aim at the opponent as long as they stay in mid-range from the original location of their creation. The spikes will remain indefinitely as long as they are not destroyed.

So..by continually using the snake handseal you can keep sending volleys out ? Or does the restriction mean that you can only send one volley per turn ? If so, clear that up.

Removed the first note and changed the second.
I also added that the spikes form silently, if its unapprovable with that feel free to remove it.

( Kazenomai ) - One who Dances with the Wind
Rank: S
Type: Offensive, Supplementary and Defence
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 40 (-10 per turn maintaining chakra form)
Damage points: (Dependent upon rank of techniques used with the weapon)
Description: Kazenomai is a unique customized weapon which has a material construct of a long chain reaching 10 meters in length and connected at each end two detachable handles. By concentrating their chakra throughout the chain and then they are capable of creating dence chakra ethereal weapons on each side. One of the two weapons is a Giant Warfan that is highly concentrated and is capable of cutting as sharply as a regular sword and can be used defensively as a shield or offensively to use cut or swat opponents with the flat edge of the fan. The second weapon is a cat of nine tails with which has strong concentrated chakra whips with sharp hooks along the whips. The whips themselves are 3 feet long and the user can use them in a variety of ways to shred or bind their target and their limbs. The user is capable of changing the chakras composition in both the weapons. The user can use earth nature for the cat of nine tails and wind nature for the Giant war fan.
Abilities:

The user can use any generic abilities that utilize the Giant War fan.

Level 1: B rank level
The user uses earth nature manipulation in their cat of nine tails chakra ethereal weapon and by using the properties of earth nature they can then manipulate their cat of nine tails and make it travel underground where they then use it to appear beneath the opponent and using the hooks to latch onto the opponents flesh and making them immobile and vulnerable to attacks.
Note: Ability counts as Technique useage.

Level 2: A rank Level
The user uses their wind nature manipulation to create the Giant Wind fan. This makes the Giant wind fan capable of cutting through Lightning techniques B rank and below and the user can also generate gusts of wind or sickles maximum of 3 per use equivalent to A rank in power that reach up to long range.
Note: The wind release abilities can only be used three times per battle but the cutting through B rank techniques merely counts as a technique useage.

Level 3 S rank Defensive barrier.
This ability allows the user to channel their chakra throughout their entire weapon and then by spinning the entire weapon around then by the chain they release the chakra to create a defensive barrier capable of defending against incoming techniques equal to S rank and below from all directions.
Note: Can only be used once per battle and counts as one of the users three per turn techniques.

Note: The user cannot use multiple elemental chakra etheral weapons at the same time as requires extensive chakra control from Yin-Yang to use dual element simultaniously.
Note: This weapon can only be used by Asskickulator.
