Description: The user releases his chakra and inserts it into his opponents brain whilst performing the snake hand seal, making it seem as if a long thick rope of water has suddenly materialize out of nowhere and wraps it self around the opponent, constricting the opponents movement, the rope would be so tight that the user wouldn't be able to move any parts of his body, thus preventing him from performing any hand seals, in reality the opponent would just be standing still struggling to move since he thinks a rope of water has tightly wrapped itself around his body. Due to it being a genjutsu, the rope of water would appear almost instantly.
Note: Can only be used 4 times.
Note: No other genjutsu in same turn.
Note: Lasts for 2 turn if the opponent hasn't managed to figure out it's a genjutsu and release himself.

(Olm Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Scarlet) - Olm Summoning Technique: Scarlet

Description: Scarlet is a slender olm, who -despite being an olm- has little to no slime covering her body. She is 2 meters long and has a special affinity for Earth, though despite specializing in Earth, she can only use up to B-rank Earth jutsus (including those which require hand seals, as she has little hands) whilst having other specific ability which makes her stand out. She has the ability quite similar to the Hiding like a mole jutsu, however instead of just merging through the ground she encases her body in a hard shell made of rock with small spikes 3 inches long which allows her to dig through the ground with ease, the rock encasing her body is equivalent to an A-ranked jutsu which allows her to easily smash through other Earth jutsus ranked A and below, this allows her to dig through the ground with things like Earth tremors have no effect on her whatsoever and with things like the swamp jutsu not phasing her as she can still dig through it due to her body being in cased by the rock which is equivalent to an A-ranked jutsu. The normal elemental weaknesses and strengths apply. In addition to that, like all other Olms, she is blind however, she has the sense of smell equal to that of an Inuzuka and hearing capabilities equal to someone who has the C-ranked sound jutsu activated. She is -however - better at sensing the quantity of prey/opponents by smell.
Note: Can only be summoned once.
Note: Lasts 4 turns each time she is summoned.
Note: Every jutsu used by Scarlet counts as one of the users.
Note: Scarlet can speak perfect English.

(Olm Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Olmagan) - Olm Summoning Technique: Olmagan

Description: Olmagan is one of the smallest olms in existence, being only 2cm long. She has an ability of being able to coat the user with a layer of wind chakra equivalent to B-rank, upon the users request. If needed, Olmagan can also deactive the wind layer almost instantly. In addition to that, she can also release a thin almost invisible line of wind towards the opponent at any time she wishes, this thin line of wind is considered an A-ranked wind spear which can cut an opponent very easily. The wind is extremely thin due to the size of Olmagan and so if the opponents vision is already phased or hindered by a previous jutsu, it'll become extremely hard to see the incoming attack. Wind being almost transparent makes the whole situation even worse. Except those abilities she has no other use to the user apart from having the usual trait of Olms which are a keen sense of smell equal to a dog from the Inuzuka clan and hearing easily comparable to someone who has the C-rank sound jutsu activated. Olmagan can speak perfect English and uses that to communicate with her summoner.

Genjutsu: Sairento kōri | Illusionary Arts: Silent Ice

Description: Before using an ice technique, the user will do one additional hand seal, using his chakra to put his enemies into a genjutsu. The genjutsu makes use of the "hissing" sound produced by Ice techniques in contact with the air, to manipulate the enemies senses and slowly numbing them as they hear that sound. Barely noticeable at first, as the user keeps using ice techniques, the enemy will further be affected by the illusion. The genjutsu lasts 3 turns, during which the user needs to produce at least 3 Ice techniques (more will not alter the effect), one in each turn (the first one, being the one after the genjutsu). Upon hearing the hissing sound of the 1st Ice technique, the user will feel the slight pinch and low intensity needle-like pain associated with cold, mainly on his extremities. Upon hearing the 2nd one, the user will lose feeling on his fingers and toes, nose and ears, his mind becomes sluggish, the pain intense and generalized, shivering is present reducing the agility and precision of movement, the cold sensation equivalent to that of a -15ºC atmosphere. Upon hearing the last technique, the effects will be severe. User becomes unable to move his extremities and the pain is the same as if they were entering necrosis. The shivering is unbearable and the mental capacities barely there. Handseals and molding chakra are things hard to accomplish taking into consideration the numbness and sluggish mind. If he fails to release the illusion, his body will shut down and he will lose conscious as his body is fooled into thinking that he just fell into a hipotermic state.

Note: Its effects span for up to 3 turns if unreleased
Note: Requires the user to have an Ice biography and use an ice technique right after the genjutsu
Note: Using another genjutsu on the enemy while its active will dispel the genjutsu

Description:
It is said that this staff was forged by the gods themselves. It was discovered about 300 years ago, deep in the mountains of Kumogakure. High above the clouds, a rock said to be the strongest material in Kumogakure, was been struck by lightning several times a day. The rock began to wear down with each strike, one day, someone while roaming around the mountain, found what resembled a staff and many shards of rock laying around it. He picked it up and cried out in unbearable pain, he had been shocked by the electricity residing within the staff, he wrapped it with a heavy cloth, he took the staff to the Raikage. It is said that even the Raikage was unable to hold the staff properly, They named it, Staff of the Lightning God, Titan-Slayer, now it lays waiting for its rightful owner capable of holding it and using it to its maximum potential.
The Staff is 2 meters long, and has a width of 20 cm, the head has a snake like form and it is wrapped an immensely strong cloth. It is not sharp enough to be able to cut skin, but it deals heavy blunt damage.

The Staff can only be infused with Lightning Chakra.
The Staff is indestructible due to the material used to create it, as well as to being reinforced by a immensely strong cloth.

-Additional Info & Restrictions-
While Raiton chakra is channeled into the staff, the staff gains extra abilities giving the user:

Infusing the staff with raiton chakra counts as a move.
Gives +15 damage to every raiton jutsu of the user.
If the staff has been fused with Raiton chakra then any damage it inflicts into the opponent may cause numbness, respectively restricting the opponent's movement.
The Staff can be infused with Raiton chakra for 4 turns and requires a two turn cooldown before it can be infused again.
No Earth justu above B rank can be used while holding this staff.
Must be of at least A rank in Raiton to be able to use the Staff.
Only Kage and above may use this Staff.
Can only be wielded by Ebi.. and people he deems worthy.

A few improvements were noted by Keotsu, though: the blade seemed to resonate better than before, boosting his powers in battle; second, the blade came to reject energies that were foreign to Keotsu - that's to say, for example, if an enemy tried to use Nagashi after grabbing the blade, the energy would stop completely due to the nature of the blade's composition. ±± Declined ±± +20 to Kenjutsu is already a strech, but i'd allow it. But +30 to command arts? Also, add in a small note a smal explanation of the limitations of what it can transform into. I mean, what exactly is the limit and use of this transformation.

~ So it can give you a +20 to two things, and sto foreign chakra, and all it costs you is 35 chakra and one move, if you use transformation ? I don't think so. Give it actual restrictions that mean something. ~

At the sign of the gesture, two great sealing arrays will appear, one ten meters above the opponent, extending to mid range around the area it’s made, and one below the opponent, which extends short range around the area it’s made on. The arrays can, alternatively, emanate an eerie glow and hum immediately upon activation. As the arrays appear, beams, seemingly made of light, will extend from both arrays with great speed and connect, giving the structure a cage-like appearance, but not affecting the target or user in any way. The lower array will, as the beams connect, immediately lock anything above it in suspended animation, making a great kanji for ‘halt’ appear in the middle of itself. The top one will, as the beams connect, fire a great hurricane of weapons towards the area beneath it, covering a wide range very quickly. The hurricane itself will consist of thousands of weapons of all shapes, sizes and origins.

Description: The user claps his hands together, causing numerous seals to appear on his/her body, all of whom are linked to two main-seals on both of the users’ palms. The numerous seals all act as converters and conveyors for chakra. Tanren no Moudan is essentially the creation of temporary weapons and armor, all created from different types of elemental or raw chakra. Like the Water Walking Exercise, the user of this technique will emit ever-changing streams of chakra from different points on their bodies, using extremely basic shape-manipulation to alter the chakra into the needed form. The seals will then, at a mental command from the user, convert the raw chakra into any accessible type of elemental chakra. Using this simple trick, elemental weapons and armor can be accessed at a moment’s notice. Of course, the technique has its limitations. Every piece of elemental armor or weaponry is B-ranked in terms of strength, while raw chakra equipment is C-ranked in strength. Any product of this technique takes one of the three moves allowed per turn to create, but every piece of equipment is created extremely quickly because of the simple concept and the assistance of the seals. The seals allow the elemental equipment to exist while the user performs other techniques, since he/she merely needs to maintain the chakra-flow to uphold the equipments existence.
-One cannot use any Ninjutsu related to whatever element is used to create equipment with this technique, with the exception of constructions made of raw chakra.
-One can create multiple pieces of equipment using multiple elements, but the same restrictions apply to the new elements.

Description: The user smears blood over his hands and forms a single handseal. At the sign of the handseal, the user extends energy outwards and infuses all existing sources of rain with chakra. This technique does not affect an opponent’s technique. Shin'youshuu allows the user to use simple gestures to form creatures and shapes out of the rain itself. By using short and precise gestures to knead the chakra in the rain, the user is able to slightly increase the size of the individual raindrops and make them light up because of the chakra inside them. As such, this technique does not shape moving creatures, it merely sets up a frame that moves from raindrop to raindrop to create the illusion of movement. While this method is just as efficient as actually creating the creatures, it is infinitely many times simpler. Since no actual creature is created, the shapes of Shin'youshuu cannot be used to ram into the target. Instead, the chakra inside the raindrops simply turns unstable in nature, causing shockwaves of rain and chakra to hit the target, and everything in his near vicinity, when detonated.

~Declined~ I'm not seeing what your point is with this technique. What's the point of changing the shapes to creatures and then saying the creatures aren't actually created and cannot hurt the opponent. If your goal is the detonation of the raindrops, then the majority of the description is superfluous. Rewrite it and be clear about the effect of the technique damage-wise.

Description: Tetsujō is a sentient, tight-fitting bodysuit that encases the user’s upper body like a second layer of skin. Similar to Samehada in terms of function, Tetsujō shares a semi-symbiotic bond with its wielder, constantly absorbing his/her chakra, be it normal or abnormal, in order to remain sentient and functional. The main characteristic of Tetsujō is its ability to change the chakra signature of everything it absorbs. Through miniscule vibrations and fluctuations, the suit changes the signature of all the chakra it absorbs and injects it back into the user’s chakra pathway system in almost constant bursts. Normally, foreign chakra would disturb and disrupt the chakra pathways, but through the symbiotic bond the armor and wielder shares, Tetsujō is able to function as a purifier of sorts, guiding the user’s body through an almost instant process of adaption, though still altering its wilder's chakra flow. With its incredible ability to evolve, Tetsujō is also able to perform this process on unusual types of chakra. This constant process of change and evolution also serves to gradually, but continuously, change the user’s chakra signature on a fundamental level. Generally, Tetsujō will render illusionists unable to use dual-layered illusions on its wielder and make it all but impossible for Sensors to recognize its wilder’s chakra signature. Furthermore, Tetsujō makes the user’s constantly changing chakra impossible to mimic. Through its continuous changing of the user’s chakra signature, Tetsujō also decreases the rank of all Genjutsu Techniques cast on its wielder by one rank. Finally, Tetsujō is able to harshly constrict itself around its wilder’s body for a short amount of time.
If anyone but the wielder touches Tetsujō, the suit releases a harmful burst of chakra into the perpetrators chakra pathway system, ruining his/her balance and equilibrium for a short amount of time.
- Tetsujō cannot decrease the rank of a Mangekyō Sharingan Genjutsu.

Description: Once the user is wielding Sumitsukigasa for the minimum of 4 turns, he may use the sword's affinity of wind for his ultimate advantage. The sword sucks 10 chakra every turn, but it leaves excess chakra behind. After the 4 turns, putting all the chakra which the sword had left as an excess and plus the user's chakra, the user will slam his sword into the ground, having enormous amounts of fuuton chakra run through the ground. As the massive amounts of fuuton chakra runs through the ground, enormous fuuton pillars will be shooting out from the ground, reaching high into the skies all around the battlefield, impaling the enemy from below. The tunnels that these fuuton pillars created can be used as supplementary like using a fire jutsu to strengthen/inflame the wind pillars or water jutsu to create multiple water vortex around the battlefield. The pillars will remain as long as the sword struck into the ground but lasts for the next 2 turns.

Description: It has yet been said within many dusty old books that a great man named Dante Alighieri has gone to save his loved one from the great evil toad of Myobokuzan, Gamafer. Dante had gone down into the pit of death, into Gamafer's lair. After 7 days of a bloody fight, Dante failed to save his flower, and he showed no mercy to Gamafer. After the bloodbath, Dante carved a blade from Gamafer's mighty horn and he took these pieces to be forged by Hephaestus, the nearby blacksmith. He had forged the mighty double-bladed sword, and named Sumitsukigasa. The double-bladed sword is made of mostly unbreakable bone, harder then steel. Because of the blade part is made of bone, and most of it's parts, the weapon weighs almost half of it's size, and can be handled in order to reach high speeds. The -10 chakra in each turn is because Sumitsukigasa sucks the user's chakra in order to maintain it's ability, which is being always in the state of having itself imbued with wind chakra, quite similar to (Fūton: Kaze Kyōka no Tsūru) - Wind Release: Wind Enhanced Tools, and it won't stop until the double-bladed sword is out of short range from the user. If the user wishes, he may channel more of his chakra into the sword, which is an additional -10 chakra in each usage, in order to extend the pre-existing wind chakra inbued within the sword, onto 5-6ft. As the wind chakra has been extended on the sword in order to reach 5-6ft, the blade becomes an S-ranked wind blade, but for only that turn. Since the sword has an affinity for Wind, and as the sword's inbued abilities will travel onto the user's hand giving him a uniqueness of enabling him to seal a mere handseal for any wind jutsus. When the user performs any wind jutsus, the inbued chakra will add it's own inbued wind chakra from the sword (10 chakra which been sucked off from the user, every turn) into the technique completely, (transfering that sucked -10 chakra into the technique) having the sword lose its inbued wind chakra for that turn.
Note:
-Because of the sword's abilities, only a Sannin may hold the sword.
-Because of it's wind affinities, only who mastered wind may use it.
-If user wishes, the wind chakra imbued within the sword can be extended so that it will reach onto 5-6ft.
-Only may Dr. House use this, and who he allows.
-If someone tries to hold it, the sword will start sucking most of his chakra out of him, leaving him with a feeling of drained.

(Hauringukiri) – Howling Blade

Description: Hauringukiri is a blade made of the finest metals making it very strong. Above the handle lies a hollow spherical guard chamber with a bell ball inside. The chamber itself is structurally strong and prevents it from becoming a weakness to the sword. The wielder uses this hollow chamber as an amplifier with their chakra to create different levels of techniques using sound.

C rank Level – at short range the user can release chakra into the hollow spherical chamber to emit a sound wave that can affect the opponent’s sence of balance.

B rank Level – at mid range the he user can create small sound blasts emanating from their sword that strike the opponent hitting them back and causes them to bleed from their nose.

A rank Level – at long range the user can create an amplified sound wave that affects the opponent through their hearing and causes them to be temporarily bound in place from paralysis. ( can only be used 3 times).

S rank Level – the user can create from their sword a strong shockwave of sound that is shot at the opponent and can shatter even bare rock to A rank level. When the shockwave strikes the opponent it affects their sense of balance and eyesight and induce bleeding from their nose and ears. (Can only be used 2 times).

Note: Can only be wielded by a user of Sound Element.

Description: The White Lightning Blade was forged with a fang of the nine tailed beast Kurama using white lightning to cut it into smaller pieces capable of being manipulated. The user can add different levels of chakra into the sword causing different transformations of the sword to occur, with four transformations in total. The first transformation of the sword is version one, while in version one the sword appears to be dull, rusty, and at first glance useless. In version one the sword can send out waves of raiton chakra in a desired direction, These waves of raiton chakra can sense the electrical energy in a living thing giving the user the ability to sense living creatures. Each wave of raiton chakra can pass through solid objects with no harm to the objects so that if a creature is behind it the waves of raiton chakra are sent back into your sword letting you sense something is there. You send out these waves of raiton chakra by swinging the sword in that direction and the waves of raiton chakra can only be sent out horizontally. The waves that are sent out stay connected to the sword until another wave is sent out or until canceled.

The second transformation of the white lightning is version two, while in version two the user adds Raiton chakra into the sword causing it to become grown to a massive size and also causes it to give off small bolts of lightning causing fractures on the sword and giving the sword an involuntary ability to send c-ranked lightning into anything the sword pierces or slashes. In version two the blade gives a constant wave of raiton charka this wave can pass through solid objects with no harm to the objects, you can detect any living thing inside the area. This constant wave of raiton chakra is full of waves that form a 360 degree 30 foot diameter by 30 foot height by 20 feet into the ground which is connected to the sword.

The third transformation of the white lightning blade is version three, while in version three the user adds much more raiton chakra then version one and version two, causing the sword to become extremely heated and gain a red glow the sword now gains an involuntary ability to melt and send
B-ranked lightning into anything the sword pierces or slashes.

The fourth and final transformation of the white lightning is version four, while in version four the user adds an unbelievable amount of raiton charka into the sword, this causes the sword to become black in color and give off a black glow. In this version the user can swing the sword sending out waves of lightning chakra equal to a A-Ranked lightning jutsu and in this version the user can also absorb lightning jutsu from the opponent, The user can then swing his sword and send the opponents lightning back at them with the added power of the lightning wave that version four can swing out.

Note: The waves sent out in version one are ten feet in width and ten feet in height.
Note: When the white lightning blade is in version two it is the size of zabuza's Executioner's Blade.

Note: When the white lightning blade is in its version two and three it can only stay like that for three turns, and then it reverts to its version one state, When it’s in version four it can only stay like that for two turns then it reverts to its version one state.
Note: There is a two turn cool down after used, meaning used in any state above after version one and you take it out or it reverts back to its version one state you have to wait two turns before you can use it in any version after one form again.

, in this form the sword can send out pulses of raiton chakra in a desired direction,the raiton pulses can pierces solid objects and lets you know if someone or something is behind that object by reading their electrical energy in their body and sending it back into your sword letting you know something is there. when you add Raiton chakra into the blade it grows to a massive size and gives off tiny bolts of lightning causing fractures on the sword , this is called V2 form

Description: The White Lightning Blade was forged with a fang of the nine tailed beast Kurama using white lightning to cut it into smaller pieces capable of being manipulated. The user can add different levels of chakra into the sword causing different transformations of the sword to occur, with four transformations in total. The first transformation of the sword is version one, while in version one the sword appears to be dull, rusty, and at first glance useless. In version one the sword can send out waves of raiton chakra in a desired direction, These waves of raiton chakra can sense the electrical energy in a living thing giving the user the ability to sense living creatures. Each wave of raiton chakra can pass through solid objects with no harm to the objects so that if a creature is behind it the waves of raiton chakra are sent back into your sword letting you sense something is there. You send out these waves of raiton chakra by swinging the sword in that direction and the waves of raiton chakra can only be sent out horizontally. The waves that are sent out stay connected to the sword until another wave is sent out or until canceled.

The second transformation of the white lightning is version two, while in version two the user adds Raiton chakra into the sword causing it to become grown to a massive size and also causes it to give off small bolts of lightning causing fractures on the sword and giving the sword an involuntary ability to send c-ranked lightning into anything the sword pierces or slashes. In version two the blade gives a constant wave of raiton charka this wave can pass through solid objects with no harm to the objects, you can detect any living thing inside the area. This constant wave of raiton chakra is full of waves that form a 360 degree 30 foot diameter by 30 foot height by 20 feet into the ground which is connected to the sword.

The third transformation of the white lightning blade is version three, while in version three the user adds much more raiton chakra then version one and version two, causing the sword to become extremely heated and gain a red glow the sword now gains an involuntary ability to melt and send
B-ranked lightning into anything the sword pierces or slashes.

The fourth and final transformation of the white lightning is version four, while in version four the user adds an unbelievable amount of raiton charka into the sword, this causes the sword to become black in color and give off a black glow. In this version the user can swing the sword sending out waves of lightning chakra equal to a A-Ranked lightning jutsu and in this version the user can also absorb lightning jutsu from the opponent, The user can then swing his sword and send the opponents lightning back at them with the added power of the lightning wave that version four can swing out.

Rei is a white spiting cobra that's half the size of manda, like all spiting cobras she has the ability to spit sprays of neurotoxin and hemotoxin venom out of her venom glands in her mouth which can travel up to long range with distinctive geometric patterns and with great accuracy, This venom is harmless unless it comes into contact with open skin ( Eyes, nose, mouth, open wound, ect...) When the venom comes into contact with open skin the venom's neurotoxin and hemotoxin starts to take affect. Each spray of venom counts as a jutsu. Rei specializes in the lightning element and can use lightning jutsu up to A-rank. Rei can stay on the field for a maximum of five turns, and can only be summoned once per battle and can only spit venom three times per battle.

Effects of venom:

Neurotoxin: venom acts on the nervous system and brain. This venom works to disrupt the function of the brain and nervous system, which causes paralysis or lack of muscle control, but it can also disrupt the individual signals sent between neurons and muscles.

Hemotoxin: venom acts on the heart and cardiovascular system. This venom typically acts to lower blood pressure and encourage blood clotting. The venom may also attack the heart muscle with the goal of causing death.

Death in ten turns after the victim was infected with the venom, If left untreated.

Description: Intel is a Gentleman's Hat or Top Hat worn by Hazama. It sits on his head very securely in such a way that it sits low across his forehead and eyes; making direct eye contact impossible. It can only be removed if Hazama touches the hat. Top Hat's worn by Gentlemen were rumored to give 'Intel' to their wearer, making them seem smarter than they really were depending on their station. Hazama came across this hat on his first set of travels of leaving Iwagakure. He found a few out of character things for the hat that has become to be quite special. The hat, it would seem, allowed the wearer to channel a vast amount of chakra into it and store it completely until when the wearer most needed it. Hazama would speed nights on end almost completely depleting his chakra into the hat before he slept, to see how much chakra the hat could store. After a week straight of almost spending his chakra from the night before, Hazama gave up on the hat and just continued to wear it. It was then that he noticed that the Hat seemed to be trying to insert chakra into him. Thinking no in his head, the hat obeyed. Hazama reckoned that he had enough chakra in this hat to make him capable of performing multiple techniques if he were ever to be completely drained of chakra on the battlefield. From that moment onward, Hazama never went into battle without the hat on his head. The lining of the hat was made of thin, sharp chakra metal. Hazama could easily charge wind or lightning chakra into the hat and use it as if it were a dangerous weapon. The chakra metal in the hat extended a barrier around the hat, increasing it cutting efficiency. Hazama is capable of throwing the bladed Top Hat as a projectile and it always comes back to him in a way that will not cause harm to himself. The cutting power of the hat is the equivalent to a circular Saw.

Note: if viscosity is increased then due to the added amount of earth chakra the lava jutsu will gain a plus one rank advantage to jutsu's that rely on releasing the concussive power to be effective (like many defensive earth jutsu) at the trade off of moving more slowly and being cooler in temperature.

He is a unique turtle having 2 shells instead of one. The second shell is upside down on first one, such that it looks like an empty bowl is kept on the main shell. His second shell has pores all over in its inside part from which water is being secreted regularly which fills the empty bowl with water, creating a water source for him which can be used for using any water technique. The water is always overflowing from the shell, which then flows over triton's body, and thus he is always wet. Due to the water flowing over triton's body, he gains extreme durability over high rank water and fire elements but also becomes vulnerable to lightning element.

Note: -His each jutsu counts as user's 1/3 move.
-No one can use the water inside of triton's shell, but himself. Since its imbued with his own water chakra.

Description: Enzup's signature move, which he created after fighting Onoki officialy and carefully watching his "Dust Release: Destruction of the Primitive world technique". In this technique user creates a very small cube in his hand, made up of pure compressed lightning chakra. When the user start creating the cube, then the sky starts to turn dark and all of a sudden the clouds releases a continuous crackling sound, which shows that how powerful the technique is.
This cube can be used in 2 ways.
i.) The user will release the cube at his targets (similar to how Onoki releases) and by making one handseal, the cube expands enormously in size, enveloping everything in its size and thus destroying it.
ii.) Instead of releasing the cube on his opponents, user keeps the cube in his own hands, and then the cube starts rotating on its own axis at very high speed, and then the cube expands enormously, such that the user is at its base centre, and while the cube spins it pushes everything away due to the the centripetal force which acts due to its spinning motion.

Restrictions: -User must not use any lightning based attack in his previous turn.
-User must not use any technique above S-rank in his previous turn.
-Can't use any other tech above A-rank and in same turn.
-After using the technique, user can't perform any S-Rank attack in his next turn.

Description: Kageroume is a sentient chakra pendant made of ancient dragonfly part. It is composed of a medallion of mandibles and teeth with a large eye imbued in it's midst, held together by a strong chain of wing and heartstrings. The Kageroume, like Samehada, gets its sentience by feeding of chakra, be it normal, Natural or Bijuu-originated, but unlike Samehada, it requires a mental connection with it's prey, for it learned that, unlike Samehada who eats tainted and used chakra, taking it from the source itself provides purest and richest sustenance.

This is where the host comes. The owner of the Kageroume shares a chakra bond with it, allowing the pendant to infuse chakra in him/her, and, in return, utilize the pendant to cast genjutsu on the opponent. Like an arrow, the genjutsu will pierce through the opponent's defenses by eating sources of chakra that would otherwise make the person impervious to genjutsu (Like Nekura, Sage Users, etc), and then mimic it's signature in order to latch onto the brain. But, although resistant to chakra, the part of Kageroume that latches on the opponent is only as strong as genjutsu, and only resistant to the forces that aren't in play at the moment, or to which the body is not familiar or never had any direct contact with before (foreign chakra, from an exterior ally, can still overcome the Kageroume protection), and it still blocked by physical pain.

RP-wise, this allows the user to preform Genjutsu without handseals. It permits the user to cast genjutsu on opponents otherwise immune to them, allows resistance to chakra-type of releases of 1 rank above than usual, being otherwise useless against from 3rd party chakra (apart from Sage, Bijuu, Nekura, etc) and physical pain (Even if the genjutsu used is resistant to physical pain).

If touched by someone other than the user, it will viciously bite the perpetrator, causing great mental pain while sucking the chakra extremely slowly but surely, making the part around the bite turn black with dead tissue (irrelevant to a ninja-battle, as the necrosis would require a month to affect a significant part of the body, like an organ or half a limb).

Which is fair, since I can't make things that for example prevent a Kurama's demon fro working its mojo just to screw Kuramas over. Secondly, and I mean this, you are a SENSEI and a long time RPer. Perhaps you should act like one and not try to submit powerful weapons without any restrictions and try to get OP stuff approved ? ~

Description: After 3 handseals, the user is able to cast a genjutsu either on her/himself or on an opponent. The genjutsu pertains as the removal of harm and pain, giving a false sense of security, where there is none, by reattaching severed limbs or healing up wounds and burns or merely anesthetizing the opponent from pain. While it could be use to sustain wounds that do not put someone in immediate danger, being solely nuisances, the genjutsu could also cover up potentially fatal and paralyzing injuries, making it's target careless and self-harmful. The genjutsu latches strongly to the opponent's mind, allowing the user to combine it with a second genjutsu, making it strong against physical pain releases.

*If used with a painful second genjutsu, there will be no pain involved.*
*Can be used against opponent's genjutsu as a means to counter it's effect, up to the rank of the technique*

Description:
A special sword found by Wonderweiss, The Tsuba is in a tear-drop shape, with the base of the drop arcing over the top of the blade, and the point of the drop pointing below the cutting edge. A row of several tiny tear-drop shaped holes decorates the bottom of the curve, and a small ring, approximately 2" in diameter, dangles off the tip of the tear-drop. The ring itself plays a vital role in the activation of Bankai. The Bankai technique wich is an S rank caliber technique works by having the user hold the sword in his right hand, and places his left palm against the ring on his cross guard. The ring begins to spin as it releases massive amounts of chakra. As it spins faster, the circle grows bigger and bigger until it's large enough to surround his body. The ring then splits into ten other glowing rings, of similar size, that encircle the user. With a slash of his sword, the circles go flying outwards and form a circular perimeter over a large area around the user and the opponent. Once in position, the ten rings begin to generate a chakra infused black void that grows in size until it creates a large black dome having the people in range trapped inside including the user it is anchored to the ground with the ten rings, the domes shape isn't like shown in the image, it can addapt to the ground like regular dome, instead of like a baloon like shown in the image below. The dome can't be destroyed by A rank or lower elemental techniques, unless they destroy 1 of the rings wich is hard to do, due to the darkness wich practicly blinds the target, a dojutsu or sensing user won't have trouble finding the opponent. Designed by Wonderweiss to take advantage of his Byakugan. If a non Byakugan or non-sensory user where to activate the special Ability they would leave themselfs wide open for incoming attacks, not being able to locate the opponent inside the dome since it is very Dark in there.

- Can only be weilded by Wonderweiss and those who he may Allow.
- Bankai Technique (Special Technqiue) Can only be used 1 Per Fight.
- Only users of Suzumushi can use the Special Technique.
- The Special Technique (Bankai) counts towards 1 of the 3 moves per Turn.

Description:
The user slams his has on the ground channling a good amount of Earth chakra into it, wich heads towards the ground under the opponent and the radius of 5 feet around the opponent towards the edge of the circle, the earth under him and inside the radius begins to move more underground leaving only the thin layer of earth on where the opponent is standing and the 5 radius circle around him, the person won't notest this is happening underground unless being a sensor or dojutsu user, when ready the user may perform the ram hand seal, and the layer will break, making the opponent fall into the pit of 10 meters deep.

Description:
The user claps his hands together channeling the needed raiton chakra into his palms and then extends his arms towards the sides, creating a green-glowing lightning lance that has a big amount of compressed lightning chakra in it, that is then thrown at the opponent at a decent speed where it can be seen coming, and when in contact with any solid surface the compressed lightning is released and creates a huge lightning explosion covering a wide area.

- May only be used 2 time per fight.
- Must wait 3 turns before using Again.
- Must have mastered Lightning.
- May only be used by Wonderweiss and those who he may allow.

Description: The user firstly inhales air and focuses wind chakra towards their mouth, and channels the chakra infused air to their neck, of their own body. This allows the user to hold their breathe for a long period of time and using the Air infused with futon-based chakra by having the air move through their mouth and nose, and the air heads down your trachea, or windpipe.
Once that is done, the user repeats the process, however now the user doesn't have to inhale air, simply materalize it inside their mouth and repeat the process, allowing the user to not inhale/exhale and have air move from their mouth to alveoli for a maxiumum of three turns! However, even though air is circulating throughout the users respitory system, the user cant use a fire technique that needs to be expeled through the mouth as that would cancel the wind chakra ending the technique.

Note: Can only be taught by "gaara"

Description: The user decompresses the ground in a certain spot , changing the density on the ground making extremely soft and light. Since it uses very little chakra it doesn't need much concentration and can be formed in half a second. The radius of the ground that is decompressed is no bigger than thrice the size of the user.
Note: The user does not have to be on the ground to use.

Description: The Stoner, is a stone made staff, with some of the Earths strongest rock materials, while the staff is exceptionally light for greater mobility. The user inserts chakra into the staff, to access the staffs special abilities. Special abilities consist of "Staff protection", where if the user is occupied or needs a last second defense, the staff can grow/change into different shapes to shield and protect the user. The second special ability is "Earths communication", where the user sends chakra into the Stoner staff and then certain amounts of chakra is released from the staff itself into the air then directly into ground, the earth itself can then communicate with the staff which inserts chakra waves into the user informing the user on whats going on around them, to heightened their awareness.
-"Staff Protection" defenses protect up to A rank attacks.
-"Earths communications" isn't a chakra sensing ability, the users chakra that is sent into the Earth by the staff becomes "one" and reads vibrations made by things on the ground, also wind vibrations, touching any surrounding tree's due to the tree's being rooted from under the ground.

Giga is undetectable while underground, while being 15.24 meters [50 feet] long, and 30.48 meters [100 feet] wide.
